    Staff was very helpful. I was able to find a beautiful arrangement for my mom on Mother's Day. I will definitely be coming back for all the flowers I need for special occasions. The owner was super sweet she also was able to make a sweet little arrangement using my moms favorite colors definitely recommend this place

Once I put in the order, I immediately called the shop to check it went through and Daisy (who was friendly) said they got my order on their end. She explained that a premium (the most expensive option) order meant I'd be getting a fuller arrangement than the one pictured on their website and they'll be using better flowers. Since it was for my sister's 40th birthday, I was happy to pay more for a quality arrangement. I reiterated my modification of doing the arrangement in red instead of purple and to please add some extra touches. Daisy confirmed these were all doable and that they'll send a photo of the finished product before it goes out for an 11am delivery as I requested. Fast forward to delivery day and thirty minutes before the order is suppose to be sent out, I receive zero communication. I call to check in and I spoke to a very confused employee. The phone was then passed to Irma (who I assume is the florist) and she proceeds to tells me that the arrangement is not ready yet. 1ST RED FLAG. I stayed patient and optimistic. Surely it'll be done on time and be beautiful. At 10:48am, I receive a photo text of my flowers (I believe from Irma) that is nowhere near close to the one pictured on their website let alone premium quality. 2ND RED FLAG. I understand that no two arrangements will look the exact same but, to be completely different is false advertising. Not only was it not what I ordered, the arrangement was sparse, clearly rushed and was made up mostly of carnations even though the inspiration photo had at least three different types. Carnations aren't ugly but, to charge a high price only to use one of the cheapest flowers in the market is highway robbery. As soon as I received the photo, I quickly responded to assess the situation. I remained polite and asked them to please fix the issue before delivering the flowers. Little did I know they already sent the arrangement out even before showing it to me as discussed. 3RD RED FLAG. They told me they'll bring the flowers back to fix it. I was relieved and hopeful. I kept an open line of communication the entire time and asked for updates on the fixed arrangement. They stopped replying and next thing I know my sister is thanking me for her delivered flowers which looked untouched. I call the shop multiple times to get some answers and just kept getting their voicemail. They were clearly avoiding me. At this point I'm furious and no longer interested in a fix. I ask for a refund since the flowers were not what I ordered. Irma tells me (all through text messaging by the way since they never answered me) that I can cancel my order but that they'll need the flowers back. I clearly did not want that and told her so. Irma disregards my reply and sends the delivery man back to my sister's house without my consent. 4th RED FLAG. He insists on taking the flowers back when no refund has been issued. My sister calls me to talk to the man who kept raising his voice and interrupting me. He kept going on about counting the flowers in the arrangement and claiming it was "fixed" even though this was never communicated to me. I did not care about the exact numbers of stems in my order because I paid for an arrangement, not individual flowers. I just wanted it to look full as shown on their website and as discussed. Illusion Flowers lack customer service, communication, and decorum. Asking for the flowers back when the mistake was on their part was shocking and extremely unprofessional. The worst part is that Instead of being apologetic, I was met with attitude and excuses. Both Irma and the delivery man were rude. They did not offer to rectify their mistake and they refused to refund me for the inconvenience. Illusion Flowers is dishonorable and deceptive. Save your money. You're better off going with a different floral shop or going to Trader Joe's to make your own arrangement.

My cousin placed an order with her for an arrangement for my sister's memorial service. She was asked if she could make a 24" "French Country" style arrangement with sunflowers. The florist, who is also a former employer and self-described friend of my cousin, assured her she would "take care of it personally". She told my cousin she had a galvanized container "left over" from Mother's Day she could use. At no point did she indicate the container was approx. 7 1/2" tall with a 3 1/2" base. Of course, a container that small would be completely unsuitable for a 24" tall arrangement, particularly with top-heavy sunflowers. The flowers were delivered to the church on Saturday (the day before the service). When I saw them, I contacted the florist and asked if I could stop by and pick up a larger container because the container was so undersized the arrangement fell over at the slightest touch. (It wasn't even possible to add water without holding it up because it fell over.) They indicated they'd be closing before I could get there and asked if they could send someone over to the church to correct the problem. Unfortunately, there wouldn't be anyone at the church when they could be there so the young man assisting me offered to reimburse me if I would go buy a larger container. As you might imagine, I was pressed for time but felt I had no alternative so I went and spent $20 on a larger container. Of course, I then had to hastily prop up the original container inside the larger container because the flowers were too short. (Meanwhile I'm still trying to do everything else I need to get done in time for the memorial service.) Today, I went to the florist with my receipt for reimbursement. I barely made it through the door when the florist charged out and began screaming at me -- without a mask and shaking her finger in my face. Apparently, my cousin had called to complain about the flowers being wilted. Yes, they were already wilted but I hadn't even bothered to complain about that, I was only there to obtain a reimbursement. When I tried to explain the situation I'd discussed with the young man from Saturday, she continued to scream at me and tell me "she would not do it". She then proceeded to step into the back room where her other employees were busy working, so she could scream at them and ask them who agreed to reimburse me and to continue shout "I'm not gonna do it!" (Reimburse me for the container). When I informed her she was leaving me no alternative but to post a negative review, she told me "that's fine and I'll be sure to let everyone know how you screamed at me." Of course, never at any point, did I ever raise my voice to her. As anyone who has ever been on the receiving end of such hysterical and abhorrent behavior knows, screaming back only exacerbates an already untenable situation. At no point during the entire exchange, did the florist ever apologize for making an already difficult time more difficult through her own lack of conscientiousness. To then further hurt and offend someone who is still grieving is completely inexcusable.

It's always a risk having flowers delivered because I ask myself "will the arrangement I ordered online, look like photo of the arrangement on the business's website?", and "will it arrive on time?" After having a terrible experience with another business that delivered a poorly put together arrangement for someone who had just lost a child, I was a bit hesitant on having flowers delivered from a different business. After looking at this business's reviews and Instagram page, I decided to give them a chance. I needed flowers delivered to a friend's family members funeral service. I ordered from the business's website. My only complaint was that for the card message, it only allowed 50 characters, so I couldn't type a full message. Also, the site was glitchy when trying to type out words on the memo line. After successfully placing my order for a next day delivery, I called the business and spoke to Giovanni. He was so kind and helpful in answering my questions. He reassured me that my note with the service information was received. Later in the day, I received an email stating the arrangement was out for delivery. This worried me because I was afraid the flowers would wilt. I called the business again, and a kind gentleman answered. He told me they deliver a day early for services, and that the funeral home would have a flower room, where flowers are stored in a refrigerated room. I asked that he send me a picture of the flower arrangement. After I got off the phone, I received a text with an image of the arrangement. It looked even better than the online photo. I also received a text confirming the flowers were delivered. In this economy, everything is pricey, and it's important, especially for smaller businesses, to put together quality arrangements for every occasion, and to make sure their customers are happy. I am so glad I ordered from this business. I hope this business continues to thrive.
