They were never around and didn't bother to check in during most of the 4+ years. While under contract, they verbally told us they needed a 66% increase in the monthly fees or they would stop providing services. They gave us 30 days to either respond and pay the ridiculous and unethical increase or respond and not have a landscaping company! I plan to submit a complaint to the BBB, and another complaint to the county for price gouging. Don't hire this company.
