David and Kate really goes above and beyond to help their clients- I was flying a drone and made the rookie mistake of flying in into the top of the tree. Kate was able to schedule me in for a next day appointment to check on the tree, and despite me not being onsite to guide them to the tree, David was able to navigate the airbnb I was staying at and locate the trip with the instructions via phone and retrieved the drone with no damage! Super grateful for coming across them, and all the help they've been.

He was easy to text with, very professional and friendly, on time, and knew exactly what to do to get our sea view back. He also quoted a competitive price, plus he had great Yelp reviews. So obviously, I hired him for the job! He and his crew of 2 arrived early, worked fast in the rain, were careful with my other trees, tidied up everything and hauled away the debris. Dylan scaled the Tulip tree to cut it down bit by bit so it didn't hit the fence, plants or cars parked underneath and his helpers lugged the wood and palms. What a team! I would definitely recommend Upcountry Trees if you are in need of tree removal, etc. Areca palms grow fast so we will be seeing Dylan and his crew again in the future.

Unfortunately, I was going on a 2 wk trip the next day. I didn't want thoughts of liability of this dead tree on my brain during my trip. Fortunately, David said he could get a crew in, possibly that afternoon, to do the job. The estimate was reasonable. It turned out they couldn't cut down the tree until a day or two later but it was fast enough for me. They were very professional and left me with a nice pile of mulch to use on my garden. The other competitor didn't call me back until about 2 days later.
