It was great decision. They use the mindbody app to book classes and there were plenty of options to choose from. The yoga studio is located up the stairs and there is plenty of parking adjacent to the building or in the side lot. There is quite a variety of instructors and each tend to teach the same time each week. I want to name bomb instructors but frankly there were so many good ones who each have their own style that i dont want to leave anyone out. The classroom isn't that large so the classes are normally between 4 to 8, and the instructors know you by name and offer a lot of personal direction and support. I highly recommend this for locals and travelers alike as you can pay per month or class or group of classes. The introductory rate is a great deal. All the equipment is provided but you could bring your own if you want. The facility has a water cooler and showers. The website could use some work but if you call, they are very responsive and will get you started. Also the class is great for those new to yoga or those experienced. Don't be intimidated. My second yoga class ever was inversions.

I came to Becca with the intention to get stronger and more fit for my transition from long-boarding to short-boarding. Becca customized a workout for me that had an immediate and positive impact on my surfing. She also took into account that I have had pain in my hip flexor, and suggested work out to help me strengthen this area as well. On top of it all, Becca is really friendly and professional and a total pleasure to work with!

What started as private yoga practice to cope with previous injuries, has transformed into full blown, full body personal training. I've been working with Becca for around 6 months now and there are massively noticeable improvements to my flexibility, posture, and overall muscle strength. Her approach is not only highly effective but also incredibly thoughtful and personalized. One of the things I appreciate most is how encouraging and supportive she is. Becca creates an environment where I feel motivated and confident to push my limits while still respecting my body's needs. What really sets her apart is how accommodating she is to my daily life, even including my menstrual cycle, to which she adjusts our sessions to align with how I'm feeling, ensuring I get the most out of every workout without burning out. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of the body have made a noticeable difference in how I live and enjoy my life. I've achieved results I didn't think were possible, and I genuinely look forward to every session with her. If you're looking for a trainer who truly listens, adapts, and empowers you to meet your goals, Becca is 100% the best option.

The music was intentional and perfectly paired with the flow, the sequencing was divine, and her confidence and deep know-how were evident from start to finish. Her cueing was clear, grounded, and supportive--you could tell she truly understands the body and how to guide people through a strong, intelligent practice. You can always tell when a teacher genuinely has passion for what they do; that love was evident in every part of this class--from the way it was structured to the energy she held in the room. I left feeling strong, and genuinely energized, with a great workout that was thoughtful. It's not often I find a CorePower teacher where all facets of the class are this on point. I have to drive an hour to get to this studio--and if Maka taught every day, I'd make that drive every single time. Truly exceptional.

Parking is not a bad situation at all if you're here around 6:45ish. FYI, hours and after school hours are usually very hectic in the parking lot though. I love that the studio space is enormous where I don't feel like I'm on top of the person next to me in a class. Hahaha. I have enough room to lay my yoga mat and water bottle without feeling cramped. I took Chinami's C2 class and highly recommend her! Her flow was challenging and I felt like a brand new woman after. After trying different workouts, I realized I needed something that would help me sweat while also stretching and opening up my body. I signed up in January 2025, and by April, I was pregnant! I truly believe the consistency here helped prep my body for that transition. Here is why I've stuck with them: The Vibe: It's incredibly chill and welcoming. The instructors are relatable and down-to-earth, not intimidating at all. Variety & Convenience: I love the range of classes (even the cycling/spin classes are fantastic!) and having multiple locations close to home made it easy to stay committed. Affordability: The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of instruction you receive. Yoga through Pregnancy & Postpartum: Continuing my practice during pregnancy was a lifesaver. It helped open up my hips and relieved those inevitable achy spots. I honestly felt that yoga prepped my body for the physical intensity of birthing. I was back in the studio just two weeks after giving birth because I knew my body needed help recovering--specifically in my pelvis, hips, and lower back. Now that I'm nursing and pumping, the classes are essential for opening up my chest and upper back. If you're looking for a studio that supports you through every season of life, this is it!
