The massage itself was good. They do make you pay up front which was whatever. I did read the…read morereview about the tip and didn't want to go bc of that, but couldn't find anything else that was a decent price around. I got the "hour" foot massage for $50 and I did wait a bit with my feet in the bucket. It was quiet and peaceful, although she did have to get up a few times to help ppl coming in. I wasn't fond of the idea of them telling me what to tip and they "require" 10%. A tip should be what I think, not your requirement. Don't plan to go back there again for that reason.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others after this experience…read more The massage itself was physically painful and unprofessional. My therapist repeatedly struck my head while working on my shoulders and back, not light tapping, but actual hitting. I left with visible marks on my back that I expect will bruise. That is not a technique. That is a problem. Throughout the session, the draping was completely inadequate. The towel provided was far too small to maintain basic coverage, and my therapist showed no concern for my privacy or comfort when it moved. I had to continuously reposition it myself. I could not wait for the session to end. When I left a tip that reflected my experience, the therapist confronted me at checkout and told me the tip was supposed to be 20%. I told her directly that was the worst massage I had ever received. After reading other recent reviews, I see I'm not alone, multiple guests have reported the same issues with aggressive technique, lack of professionalism, and pressure around gratuity. Save yourself the money and the stress. There are too many good options in this area to risk an experience like this.

Definitely one of the best massages I've ever gotten! Get the 2 hours - you won't regret it,…read moreabsolutely worth it! The masseuse Kelly was amazing! I was unsure at first because I didn't fill out any form to indicate my problem areas, but once she started working, she knew exactly where to focus! She found the knots and tension, worked on them with perfect pressure, would move to another area and came back to rework those larger knots out - truly an amazing method. She kept her technique and flow even on both sides, used the time wisely - rather than spending equal time in all areas, she really did focus and allocate necessary amount of time on my tension areas, like my shoulders and neck, but without neglecting those that needed only light relaxation, like legs and arms - and she kept the whole experience very relaxing with low light, hot stones, and soft spoken cues to adjust positions and turning over. I will definitely be back to book with Kelly!
