    Classic acai bowl

This place is off the beaten path and very easy to miss, as we had to circle around the block a few times to finally note the sign. Service was friendly and fast and food wise, things are "Instagram worthy" in presentation. Very cute but I could not seem to match what I had seen to what I actually ordered, so what I got was different than expected, but ok. Acai was fresh and clean, fruit was nice too, though not a lot of it. Americano was decent as well, but I felt the price point was pretty high for what we ordered.

Beautiful little place with a lot of healthy choices! They have coffee, smoothies, acaí bowls, smoothie bowls, protein waffles, etc. I got the Aloha smoothie bowl, and it was delicious. It was also very filling. My boyfriend got a smoothie, and it was also fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxing and the prices were pretty cheap. I would definitely go back and recommend for anyone to check it out.

Matcha Latte unfortunately it tastes like water.

Sadly I was highly disappointed with the Matcha Latte. It tasted like water. My husband also didn't like his Latte I will give them an extra star because the place is cute and the staff is nice. Didn't try the vegan waffles because they were quite expensive for just a waffle. This place is literally a block away from me (closest vegan place but sadly I won't be back. ) So I ended up coming back & trying the waffle. They drowned it in Cacao even tho it was wasn't listed. Really wanted to like this place, nah

Staff are super friendly! Big menu

This is a small hidden gem on 20th Ave where you can get a nice acai bowl or smoothie and chill with a friend. The staff are great and the food is super yummy.

Great little smoothie place, acai bowls are huge, inexpensive, nice music. Hard to find but worth it

Great healthy little restaurant, super cute too! Very nice employees! They have vegan options and gluten free options as well! Wear mosquito repellent before you go in though, it's tucked in with a lot of trees! Galaxy, tropical, açaí love, and choco banana were the smoothies we had and they were all great! The French toast is yummy too if you like rye toast!

Checking in in te @alohasrawbar for the firs time!! Everything looks amazing !!

Really nice concept, but it still not yet there. The dishes are nice presented. The fork and knife are made of wood, what makes it hard to eat. The smoothie was delicious but very thick. The place is hidden, not even a sign, we where in the correct street, but we had to call them to guid us how to find the place. Good food, good atmosphere but those small details made a big difference.

I spent the months of November and December in Playa Del Carmen and several mornings in Aloha Raw Bar. It has a great atmosphere and great staff (most are bilingual, We often spoke spanglish lol). I typically went in between 10-1300 and it wasn't busy. Was always able to get the table tucked away in the back of the restaurant and get work done. I'm a creature of habit so yup I got the same things weekly. The açaí bowls are pretty good, smoothies were sometimes bland (depending on who made them). Coffee was Meh! I opted to make it in my apartment and brought it with me. The Oatmeal and Waffles were sooo good. Overall, its a great place with healthy and plant based options :-)...

Sure enough, we just walked right in and got a seat right by the beach. The prices here are inflated but expected given its location. I tried a salad and their berry smoothie. The salad was surprisingly good but the smoothie was very watered down. I would not get it again. Also there is free parking which is SO hard to find in this area. This alone is why I would recommend this beach club to anyone visiting Tulum, but not staying in the hotel zone. Green salad 9/10 Berry smoothie 6/10

Near the bathrooms, you might get offered drugs. For drinks, I kept it simple with a cold, crisp Victoria beer which was perfect for the heat. The food was really good with a mix of tapas and larger plates: Ceviche Gitano - fresh, bright, and addictive for the whole family Guac - gone in seconds, kids and adults were feral Chorizo con Queso - rich, melty goodness Birria/barbacoa - deep flavors and satisfying Seafood Croquettes - a big win, especially with the kids NOTES/TIPS: **Walkable from La Zebra and other hotels **Wear pants if you're sensitive to bug bites. **Service was great. We visited Mr. Sancho's Beach Club in Cozumel during a cruise stop and had a fantastic experience…read more The beach club is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the cruise port where the ships dock. When we got off the ship there was a line of taxis ready to go and the ride cost $20 for two people one way. When we arrived, the staff greeted us and guided us to the front desk where we checked in for our reservation. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time because it definitely helps expedite your entrance. One thing worth noting is that when we booked online it didn't show cabanas available, but when we arrived the host checked and was able to get us into one. I highly recommend getting a cabana if one is available because it gives you a nice private area to relax. That said, there are also plenty of tables with covered umbrellas that provide shade from the sun. What really stood out about this place was the level of service. It was incredibly attentive. I honestly don't think we ever waited more than a few minutes before someone came by asking if we needed another drink or more food. Our servers were Juan and Pops/Eric and both of them were fantastic. It felt like every time I turned my head one of them was checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They offer all-inclusive food and you can either go up to the buffet or order directly from the menu and have it delivered to your table or cabana. The property also has multiple pools, massage services, swim-up areas, and gift shops around the resort. At one point what appeared to be a manager came by and asked how we heard about the place and checked in on how our experience was going. That really reinforced how focused they are on service. The location is right on the beach so you get beautiful ocean views while enjoying unlimited food and drinks throughout the day. Overall Mr. Sancho's delivers a great beach day experience with excellent service and it's definitely a place I would visit again when returning to Cozumel.

I will more than likely NOT be back again. Before I begin my thorough review, I would like to call out JULIO who works the adult side pool bar. He was disgustingly rude to me and others during my visit. When I asked for 4 drinks and only received 3, I reminded him I had 1 more which he then yelled at me about "you're not the only one in the pool" which was crazy because I spoke politely and patiently waited to inform him I was missing a drink. Any chance he got to show attitude, HE DID. And TO ALL SKIN TONES AND RACES in the pool! Absolutely sad and ridiculous, I didn't even want to be in the pool anymore because of him. I will instead shout out CHISMAS for being absolutely kind and having great customer service on the other side of the bar where the swings were. He heard how Julio treated me and told me to only get my drinks from him instead and I'm thankful because he was kind, my drinks tasted better and he was a perfect bartender with great customer communication skills! Thank you Chismas! Now, upon arrival and paying for our day passes, staff were hasty and not as friendly as they once were. Even the taxi driver we had on the ride over from port was very minimal in conversation; maybe only said 2 words. I was hoping once we got to Mr sanchos the staff would be different, but they weren't; they were also minimal in conversation, rude, and basically just trying to move us along. When we finally found OUR OWN table with shade (no help from any staff at all) it took over 40 mins to finally get a waiter to even bring us menus or serve us. Yet, when a big party of white people came, they were shifting around tables and chairs trying to take over the little area we were in and immediately were given menus and serviced by a waiter. Mind you, we also had a big group with us and all the staff were making it seem like a big deal for us to have a large table/accommodating area and didn't want us to move any tables or chairs...interesting, right? Don't worry tho because we didn't let the other large party take over the area and we happily moved tables to accommodate us, just as they did :) The menu they have now is significantly smaller than it used to be. One side of drinks and just one side of food. Wow. Food was alright, I tried the buffet and ordered off the menu; nothing to rave about at all. I feel like the whole vibe of this place has just went down and the quality does not match the price as being worth it. This looks like it'll be my last time coming to Mr Sancho's; I'll be going to one of the other newly built all inclusive beaches next time in Cozumel port. This experience SUCKED 2/10 (2 points strictly for Chismas the bartender).
