They have mats, blocks, and blankets, so if you are traveling and forget to bring something they are able to provide it. Most of their classes are vinyasa which I love. They can be challenging but nothing outrageous. The schedule is a bit limited though. Pretty much only a few morning classes a day. And the studio is very small. If you are intimidated by hot classes I think this would be a good place to start because while it is hot they have a fan which provides some breeze. Definitely go check it out!

Gets packed on the weekends. The instructors are amazing. The facility itself is so clean, the shower is as clean as my shower at home. I am so glad I found this place 10 minutes from my new home.

When we inquired about rescheduling "The Boss" said we were the only ones inquiring about a certain night. That being said, we said great, what about one of your private cruises you advertise? She then had the audacity in her words to say "I don't think you can afford that type of cruise." Really? Do you know anything about us and to insinuate that we can't afford it? How about this: F You. I would expect an outfit like this to want the business. Oh well, hope you're so busy that you can turn business down, or with that attitude, you'll go the way of the previous sailing outfits on the Vineyard: Sunk.

The gym is clean; there are plenty of cardio machines, places to stretch, a nice classroom with a variety of classes, and weights for bodybuilding. This is a friendly, easy environment for older people not just young athletes. At $59 for a week membership it's a good deal if you're coming from NYC where everything is priced much higher. I wish they still had the wide grip lat pull down bar, as it is hard to use the machine to get a wide enough grip to target the lats without over using your upper traps. But why quibble over trifles? This gym gets an A+

Six months after my kayak experience, I discovered the Groupon coupon that I used wasn't processed…read morebecause I didn't supply the correct page and I owed more money. That in itself wouldn't be so terrible but I found out because they called my PARENTS instead of me to collect this money. I find that wildly invasive especially since I'm happy to pay any money I owe as long as I'm told I owe it! While the tour was great I found this incredibly upsetting because not only was my privacy invaded but my original credit card information I supplied them has clearly been lost. Too bad because the tour was great. I'd be cautious using this company-if you do, don't supply them with your credit card information because they mismanaged that information. Be careful using groupons or they might call your parents!
