I missed that deal but got the travelers special, 7 consecutive days for $45. I have gone for 4 days straight so far and am hoping to make it the next 3. This is an amazing deal and an amazing class. Gets packed on the weekends. The instructors are amazing. The facility itself is so clean, the shower is as clean as my shower at home. I am so glad I found this place 10 minutes from my new home.

The studio is super clean and the instructors are awesome. They give extremely detailed directions for each pose which makes it easy for a beginner to fully enjoy the class. Not only that but I was told I would be considered as a no-show and charged the associated fees because 'other people could have booked'. Of course they are keeping the class fee that's completely understandable but they are telling me (in person 7 minutes after my class started) that they will be charging me a 'No Show' fee even though I am standing in front of them while the class is going on. They refused to check us off as having showed up even though it was clearly obvious they were capable of doing so but just taking a hard stance behind it would go against 'policy' For first time client experiencing B/Spoke I really am disappointed how we were treated. I get that we can't enter because we are late, and of course the class payment would be forfeited as well, I am not expecting a refund but don't gouge customers for no show fees while they are standing your gym late for a class that is going on. Highly recommended that policy be changed online. Pretty bad customer experience.

In short, I've always been a fan. They're consistently a great studio experience regardless of location and I have always loved the staff I've encountered. Being on the cape this weekend to run Falmouth, I decided to pop into a HIIT Strength class at the Cape House with Ashley. And oh my goodness, it was amazing! Absolutely loved the programming and absolutely loved Ashley's energy! Such a great class. I never thought I could lot a mat HIIT class like I loved this one. Even the fellow classmates were great and high energy. If you're on the cape and looking for a stellar experience, run - don't walk - to Cape House. It easily rivals any studio experience you'll find in a big city and then some. Thank you Ashley and B/SPOKE for a phenom experience!

The gym is clean; there are plenty of cardio machines, places to stretch, a nice classroom with a variety of classes, and weights for bodybuilding. I wish they still had the wide grip lat pull down bar, as it is hard to use the machine to get a wide enough grip to target the lats without over using your upper traps. But why quibble over trifles?
