There's pools of water, clumps of hair, mud from pools of water because floors haven't been cleaned in weeks if not months. So disgusting! Whoever owns this business should be ashamed of themselves for the disrepair and filthiness of this business and then to add insult to injury, charge what you charge?????? Shame on you!! I don't have time to deal with driving miles to find a better one, which I'm sure there is in either Vernon or Kelowna but will do so in the future and never darken the dirty footsteps of this god awful laundry mat again! It showed a bustling business awaiting people to pick up their laundry. Cheryl & Barb were amazing running a tab for us so we didnt have to pull out our pile of coins for the machine and were very courteous. The Maytag machines were well maintained and clothes came out exceptionally clean and fresh unlike other laundromats we have used. The laundromat is right at the edge of everything interesting so start your laundry and go for a walk.
