Looked up the hours and called sign says open until 5pm and I was told when I called an asked they said they would be there until 5pm, arrived at 4:21 pm and they were closed. The place is a fucking dump. Zero customer service for the last 10 year. Sell the place and hopefully someone else will do a better job. 1/2 of the washers and dryers don't work and it smells like mold. read more

This place was once the best laundromat cleaners in Kamloops. Have come here for years when at our cabin. It us the most disgusting place to even think your clothes will be clean. I agree with all of the negative reviews. It was so disgusting I was reluctant to even use the machines. No care or attention to cleanliness of the machines or the environment. I was in a pinch and once I was there I did my laundry but wish I had not. They do not deserve to be in business. The "attendant" was more concerned about her personal phone conversation than any customer service. . Never again.! read more

On February 26, 2025 I dropped off my queen size down duvet. Pick up date was March 5. On March 5, I went to pick up my duvet. I was advised that the duvet was not yet back in, and to come back later. I returned March 15 and was told they were not able to locate it. I was told I would get a pick up call. March 19 I called again and was told they are still looking for it same response to my calls on March 20, March 24. March 25th I called and was told they still did not have it and are looking for it still. I told them that I wanted them to pay for it or replace it. I was advised to contact the owner by email. I did this right away March 25th. I explained the situation as described above, and requested a replacement or the money to replace it ($214). I got no reply. I called again today to the business and was told that someone else besides me picked it up. That they have tried to call me several times. I told them no calls have been made to my phone, and nobody else would be picking my item up! I told them I have the receipt. They said someone just needs to give the phone number or receipt number and can pick it up. LIKE WHAT??? I explained that is outrageous, they can loose someones belongings and then claim someone picked it up to avoid responsibility for loosing it. They said my duvet picked up by a man for a business. I told them that I dont have a business, its just for me as my own duvet. I said they gave my personal belongings away, and they are responsible to reimburse me. The lady said that the item is used, and not worth the brand new price. She offered a store credit, which is completely unacceptable since I no longer would ever return to their business. ALSO,why would they want to give me a credit if they think they did nothing wrong? I contacted the BBB for assistance in reaching the owner to come to a resolution, and they did not respond to them either. AlI I wanted was to have them replace the duvet they lost due to their negligence. Their lack of responsibility and denial of wrongdoing is infuriating. They couldn't find it up to yesterday and now magically its not their issue since they claim someone else picked it up? Stay far away from this business. read more

zero stars!!!! this is the most disgusting laundromat I've ever been in. It smells like gas or rotten eggs and dirty. There are more broken machines than actual ones that work, the ones that do work are falling apart, the whole place is just a pigsty! I don't know how they are allowed to remain open. Does the city of Kamloops not inspect these places. At $7 a wash I would expect a clean place to do my laundry as the whole idea is to clean things. The floors and surfaces were filthy. there was no place to set things after you take them out of the wash and have to set them down. While I was trying to put on one load the woman working at the laundromat had to pound on it to get it to accept my money. It took her about five minutes to get it to work after I had already put in $4. read more

This place is filthy! Lots of machines not working, costly to operate $6 & $7 a load, with many broken machines. There is an empty space on the floor in between two working washers and a broken one which has a nasty dirty white towel, a sock and whatever else, laying amongst garbage and dirt and this has been there for over a month and has never cleaned up it so disgusting! Both locations are an absolute dive. Half the machines are out of order, the backs of machines are exposed and it's so dirty. You can tell that the new owners from 4 years ago do t care about their business. Their customer service is also non-existen. I witnessed a lady put her money in a triple washer. The machine would not start then the employee says to this woman "you didn't put in enough money". I said yes she did. still made this woman pay more to start her washer. To top it off... the north shore now closes at 3pm on a weekday?! Seriousl?! Working people need to wash clothing too. read more

my family and I were there last night. Washer we first tried to use kept eating our $$ so she had us move To a different machine. All the machines were dirty, some had the wires showing, when in use some were even rocking. Didn't wring out the moisture enough, dryers weren't even heating up properly. I was told it was my fault that I wanted to use two dryers that were on top of each other, they aren't efficient when two together are being used.... one dryer left blue marks on my stuff, that again was my fault. I had plunked in $2.50 for dryer that didn't even get hot, told the guy who was there, as I hover over my stuff, he said to keep watch it, told him again when dryer was done, he said it was my fault for letting dryer go complete cycle.... they accepted no responsibility for any issues, - I still had to go home and dry my clothes properly, what a waste of both my time and $$$ read more

The place is in appalling condition: Dust on every surface. Filthy carpets. 16/22 washers Out of Order. Holes in the walls. Broken floor tiles. The irony ? It's probably the best laundromat in Kamloops. The older red-headed lady who works there is usually friendly and helpful. In Kamloops one could do much worse. read more

The wash-dry-fold service was terrible. They quoted $20 Charged me $30 The clothes were still dirty and stained. I'm quite sure no soap was used. They lost a sock and gave me one that didn't belong to me. The clothes were still slightly damp too! And folding?? What a joke. A 4 year old could do a better job. Brought in a $900 suit in for same-day service. When I went to pick it up, no one could find it. With a business trip planned out of town, I was running around Kamloops on a Friday night at 7 pm to each location trying to find it myself. The business owner couldn't be bothered, saying there's nothing she could do. She lives an hour out of town and too bad, so sad. I found it myself in the North Shore when the employee allowed me to look around. It was laying in the middle of the floor in a crumpled up mess. Well, at least I got my suit back. I've been going to this location once a week for 2.5 years. Every time I go in at least half their machines are down. It's typically the same machines every time. I see a technician there once a week "fixing" these machines but the following week those same machines are down again. And a couple of the dryers that do work need to be hit with a hammer to get them to accept your coins. This causes line ups of people waiting to use the few machines that do work. With all the money this place makes you'd think they'd replace the machines that have been down for the past couple years. Or maybe this is one of those businesses who care more about their wallets than their customers. read more

Poor service.. Had a duvet that my niece accidentally stained, charged 30 dollars to send it away went in picked it up brought it home and the stain was still there. Obviously had not been sent, they lost the tag to it, still and odor. Obviously not done. Had sat there a week with the stain, phoned manager, to discuss, she would not refund my money as she hadn't seen it herself. Definitely will not go there again and will not recommend, very rude on the phone as well, didn't ask which order it was to track it, bad customer service! read more

I had been a loyal and regular customer of this business since moving to Kamloops 5 years ago, and have regularly brought my shirts and suits in for cleaning. In that time, I have never had cause to complain about the services provided. In early September 2016 I dropped off four window drapes for cleaning. The drapes were a little bit dirty but otherwise undamaged. I picked them about two weeks later. When I took them home and attempted to re-hang them, I discovered that a number of seams had been torn. I went back the business on September 23rd 2016 to bring the issue to their attention. The manager of the store initially told me that they could not be responsible for the damage, which she attributed to manufacturing faults. I was disappointed given that I had been a long time customer. I was pleasantly surprised when a couple of days later I received a phone message from the manager proposing an acceptable compromise - that we would split the costs of repairs equally. I'm grateful that the business reached out personally to preserve our good relationship, and I'll continue to do business here. read more
