It showed a bustling business awaiting people to pick up their laundry. Cheryl & Barb were amazing running a tab for us so we didnt have to pull out our pile of coins for the machine and were very courteous. The Maytag machines were well maintained and clothes came out exceptionally clean and fresh unlike other laundromats we have used. We are travelers so our huge pile only cost $15 and in just over an hour we were on our way - wow!

I am angry at the business regarding how they handled my situation. When I first showed up, I had…read more16 pieces of clothes I asked if dry cleaning could help with the stain (had tried everything and was ready to give up and throw them) the lady said she wasn't sure but would not charge me if unsuccessful. A month later after a few back and forth, taking more time they said it would they make me pay the full 16 pieces. Go back home, realize half is as stained as before. Go back to explain I was told no result no money, lady gets angry as customer pays per piece no matter what. We argue until customers arrive behind me she promises that the owner will call me to talk it through, please leave. Never received a call of course. To me bottom line, if your employee make promises you must stand behind them, they are hired to represent the business in your stead. Bad business practice in my opinion...

If I could I would have them do all my clothes because I can't get them as clean as they do. I also have specific requirements with urine in cat and dog beds due to geriatric incontinence and these beds came back as new with no odours. I also used to have my horse blankets professionally cleaned and when moved to the Okanagan asked this laundromat if I could do them there. To my amazement they said yes. Not expecting great results because prior I had used a professional company that specialized in cleaning horse blankets only and I was honestly shocked when the results were "better" than the professional cleaners. These are not one of experiences; I have been going there a year now and it is consistently exceptional in every aspect of service and I have a high standard. I used to dread using a laundromat but not anymore. It is a safe, welcoming, clean, exceptional business. This place is awful!!!! Every machine is filthy with animal hair and unmentionables and it's not…read morejust from a recent patron, these machines have not been cleaned in a long time! I'm trying to levitate on floors and not touch them because they are so filthy I want to puke. There's pools of water, clumps of hair, mud from pools of water because floors haven't been cleaned in weeks if not months. So disgusting! Whoever owns this business should be ashamed of themselves for the disrepair and filthiness of this business and then to add insult to injury, charge what you charge?????? Shame on you!! I don't have time to deal with driving miles to find a better one, which I'm sure there is in either Vernon or Kelowna but will do so in the future and never darken the dirty footsteps of this god awful laundry mat again! Washers are not big and cost $2.75 per load and dryers are 0.25 for 4 minutes.
