I paid a deposit on April 9 (see image) for a babysitting booking on April 17 and she completely ghosted me after telling me to approve the listing (which she did update to reflect April 17, and not April 18 which I originally wrote). But afterwards, No replies to my emails or texts and did not pick up my phone call. I called during business hours. Now I'm no longer able to have date night on my first vacation post partum and it is disappointing to deal with someone this unprofessional. Our guide was so welcoming and good with our toddler. He was very encouraging and helpful to make her feel comfortable with the animals. For any Hawai'i residents, the kama'aina discount is a great deal. Our toddler's favorite interactions were getting up close and personal with the guinea pigs and feeding the goats. It was definitely a highlight to our Kauai trip!

Getting to interact with the animals was wonderful too, something our toddler definitely enjoyed. The tour guide was wonderful too, you can tell she really cares about the animals. The first was under her care beginning during COVID times, and she helped quell our initial anxious-first-time-parents hearts by practicing utmost care in keeping our keiki safe while still providing an enriching and loving environment for learning, play, and growth. She has always gone above and beyond by providing creative outdoor and indoor activities, updates about the day's activities, and recognizing special occasions. She is part of the sacred village that has helped raise, love, and teach our keiki, and we're so grateful for her gift of nurturing young (and usually boisterous) minds.

She completely rehabilitated my 2 year old daughter and gave me fantastic strategies for my ohana (family) & I to use at home. Also, they have many benefits for kids in the program around the holidays. They have meet and greets with Santa and we actually got many good-quality used clothing for my girls through other referrals from Aunty Shayne. This is a great organization to be associated with and they have the most sweet caring people that work there. Don't feel like it is a bad stigma to be referred here- feel lucky because they can't give your child services anymore when they turn 3 or 4. My child graduated early- which I was not happy about....lol. I loved Aunty Shayne and so did my daughter. Many people have come to me with regret that they did not join the program when they could after they see how my daughter progressed so quickly in the program.

He did ask if we wanted a dry bag, but then never gave it to us. I also forgot about it until we got to the river. Parking at the river was a bit of a pain, but we did find a spot and hit the water.
