Very nice hotel, breakfast, and friendly staff. The rooms were plenty big and clean.read more

***1st message sent to hotel text service the night we checked in:…read more We left right after we checked in to our room. We just got back to our room for the evening. The room smells very bad like mildew. When we got undressed to go to bed, we noticed the floor feels damp/wet & gross. ***2nd message sent to the text service the next morning after I talked to the lady at the front desk: Even when your head of cleaning walked in, she said: "whoa!" As soon as she smelled the room right when we opened the door. I guess this is your way of fixing the wet nasty floor for guests?!?! At least she was sympathetic, because she knows no one should've been assigned this room; and brought us blankets so we wouldn't have to walk on a completely wet floor. Also; when we got back last night, the air was on the coldest setting, I put the temp all the way up to 75, it's still only 66 degrees in the room... so that's broken also! We definitely should not be paying for this crappy room. I am not happy at all. The night person shouldn't have ignored my texts. The person at the desk this morning, offered to put in a work order, that totally wouldn't help our situation this morning... very nonchalant and didn't care. When I started explaining our situation, she replied "oh yeah..." so she knows we had a problem and texted, but she said sometimes they don't do a good job at replying to texts at night. This is not good customer service at all. When I checked out, I re-explained my situation to another male at the front desk. He said he'd give my info to the manager when she gets in about a refund. I waited a whole week. No one had contacted me and no refund was refunded! Worse experience in a very long time!!! A. Taylor Omaha, Ne

Stayed here just to get away for the weekend. Definitely happy about the room though I would have…read moreaccepted the smaller one. It had a bar inside the room. Fireplace. Hot tub. 2 tvs. Room was very clean and nice. Saw staff once. Very helpful and efficient. Called for the wifi password but it's unsecured no password required. It worked fine but I prefer the wifi to be secure. Checked out the pool area. Very nice but very steamy. Sauna still closed (looks to be going on for over a year based on prior reviews). Parking was right up front. We were not in the main hotel but the cottage next door (which is way nicer than the main hotel). The only 2 complaints were; our neighbors were loud and played awful music til past 3am.and we had a wasp nest in our room (which we took care of by shutting the window). As I didn't work the next day I didn't care to complain about the neighbors noise. We also missed breakfast be cause we thought it ended at 11am but it ended at 930am. We might have misheard.

The inside reminded me of an older Great Wolf Lodge with its dark, log cabin vibe. The employees I interacted with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but I definitely could have used Queen beds instead of double beds. The breakfast buffet tasted good, and was replenished somewhat quickly. Coffee was hard to come by in the weekend with all the people grabbing it randomly. The pool area was humid but expected with the temp outside. The boys had a blast swimming so that area was a hit. Overall decent price for what was included.

What a gem! I brought my 10-year-old grandson here for a staycation and we had the best experience!…read moreSparkling clean and beautifully decorated, comfortable beds with cozy linens, an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff, and little touches like a beer and wine reception, Wii gaming system, and nice pool with thick towels really elevated the experience. We got one of the simplest rooms and it was stocked with real silverware, porcelain dishes, a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. Honestly, I couldn't remember how much I had booked the room for and was pleasantly surprised by the folio. This experience was similar to staying at a luxury brand, but at a more affordable price! The hotel is nice, but it's the staff that really sets this place apart. Hats off to the management and everyone who works here for making this place so special for guests. I was already on the Element website looking for properties in other places we are visiting in 2026! Meanwhile, my grandson and I are planning our next staycation at our newfound favorite local spot.

For the price point, we were expecting something higher quality. We messaged beforehand to have a pack n play for our son and when we got to the room, there was black, fuzzy mold growing on multiple bars on the crib. The staff did not seem to think it was a big deal. Aside from that, the room was pretty beat up with scuffs all over and chips out of the cups. The walls were also paper thin. We definitely won't be staying here again and will look for a different Marriott property in the area.
