The location is perfect - right in the heart of Distrito T-Mobile! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are courteous and welcoming! They give you one welcome drink each and a $35 credit towards food at the restaurant. Our room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. We had a great time during our stay. We felt safe as we walked around the area after dinner and played at the nearby casino.

Slept in lobby no moldy smell here!

Moldy smell in hall and rooms on the 6th floor. Couldn't sleep had to rest on lobby couch. Stinky place, nice staff. Water leak upstairs? Why?

Big showers with good products from dry bar.

Love this location for cruising or touring nearby condado and old town. Comfy beds, great lobby, tons of entertainment and restaurants really close. Lovely roof top pool. Cool lobby. Great coffee.

This was a somewhat of a unexpected stay as my "main" hotel I stayed at for my 4 day vacay, didn't have room on my last day. I used to work at an Aloft property so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I've ever had (at least on the customer service aspect.) I had been getting alerts all day that I could check in using my phone. I arrived an by passed the front desk (which I was glad because it was late an I just wanted to go to bed.) The keyless check in didn't work an when I called the front desk from my floor, they didn't answer. I had to go all the way back down where she gave my a key an wifi code. I went into my room an everything was nice except it WAS FREEZING!! I needed to iron my outfit for the next morning an to my surprise it was a steamer that they had. I plugged it in an it didn't work as I had never used it before so I asked the front desk to bring me an iron or show me how to use the steamer. They never came! I had to call the front desk an ask AGAIN, meanwhile freezing my ass off in the room. I did end up getting an iron (but no ironing board??) Also, the outlet next to my bed was broke. I went to redeem my welcome drink for a juice instead of an alcohol drink. I wanted to mk sure that was okay with the front desk. I literally stood right in front of the heavy set women at the front desk an she never said anything to me! Just picked up the phone an started talking. Really!?! The ambience an style is modern an cool but they can keep that sorry customer service!! I will NOT BE BACK!

Even app support delayed or non existent.

Worse hotel ever It acts like a club Music blasts throughout Check in right in middle, gotta scream checking in Terrible service Terrible front Terrible bar I don't think i have a single good thing to say. Caters to locals and not customers In fact the customers are the last on anyones list here!

    Limited closet space

The decor of the rooms is ghastly and there is little regard for the guest's sleep - every day at 6:30 am they would use power tools to perform work in one of the adjacent rooms thus depriving me of my rest. In the States work is not performed until 8am; I won't be coming back to this hotel.

Lobby has many sections to vibe out. Nights were empty but always available

Cool and modern. I had a love/hate of this place bc of the noise. Fun if you don't wanna sleep. It's definitely a party hotel. Very Las Vegas vibes. Room was spacious and clean. Cold too but we were able to adjust the temperature. Bathroom was clean no issues there but the noise level of the music. Omg the BASS was driving my bf and I crazy! Especially after taking what felt like the red eye from NY due to San Juan overdramatized COVID protocols to exit the airport. Just Lower the music please! The pool area was nice and the view ehh. Plenty of beach chairs, tables and there is a bar up there too. I noticed the hotel is mostly empty bc of the recreation area it attracts guests and locals too. It has a few restaurants, rock climbing, movie, bar, and grass area where the host live free performances and DJs. No COVID regulations enforced wear the mask or not. Social distance if you want. But there's a lot of security present I was impressed and felt very safe. Super lit hotel but tone down the bass. Por favor.

Easy to get to when you get off the plane. Also attached shopping area is a great place to get clothes if the airline losses your stuff.

They recommended so many amazing places to eat and shop, in and out of the property. The prices for food on the property were reasonable and there were a lot of different options for food choices. The big Concha restaurant on the property is absolutely gorgeous at night but it is a bit pricier than the other food options on the property. There are 4 pool ameneties you can choose from, with one being adults only. I loved that you have the different pool options. However, I wish the pools were bigger. I felt like it made more sense to have fewer pools but, bigger to fit more people but, we were comfortable in each. The beach is beautiful and every day there were plenty of surfers riding the high tide waves. It wasn't the best beach for swimming since the tide was so high and waves were really strong but, lifeguards are on the property to help those who have trouble getting in and out. We stayed close to shore to prevent any accidents and enjoyed watching surfers ride the waves each day.

Three-star quality at five-star prices…read more Be sure to read the fine print when making a reservation. This hotel runs a "20% hotel tariff" scam that gets tacked onto the bill. The only logical explanation is that this policy makes the room prices appear to cost about $200 a night less than the real charges. Otherwise, why not just raise the advertised price by 20%? There is no doubt the property is in a gorgeous location, sitting directly on the ocean. The buildings are in good condition and the staff is courteous. But, I experienced several shortfalls compared to my expectations for this price point. The suites are provided a "butler," but the available hours are 10am to 6pm. The service would be more accurately described as a concierge. Bringing coffee in the morning is not on the list of duties, nor assisting with unpacking or packing or other typical butler activities. Sending out laundry the day before my departure, I asked to have it folded so it would be easier to pack. Everything came back on hangers. My room did not receive turn-down service and fresh towels during the third night of my stay. I asked to have a car booked to the airport from the hotel. The butler got it backwards and booked it from the airport to the hotel. Good thing that I took a close look at the confirmation and noticed the routing was backwards. The breakfast restaurant, Ola, is extremely crowded in the morning with a 30 to 60 minute wait being typical in my experience. The front of the property is in a skeevy neighborhood so walking somewhere else for breakfast isn't a realistic option. It's not bad, but also not a top tier. property.

We stayed here and splurged for what supposed to have a private bath, but discovered that it was on the front porch without covering so anyone waiting at the entrance for an uber could see easily in. They had a couple curtains but none in front of it which meant people from street could see in. We complained and asked if they could either give us a partial refund or even just get some removable hooks from a hardware store and put a sheet so people couldn't say in and they said no the owner would not like the aesthetics and would not be available to approve it. After much pestering they did give us free breakfast/free tour but it was honestly very upsetting and distressing to have been waiting for this great special room and then realize we couldn't full use it. The other thing is they advertise as vegetarian, vegan friendly which was great because I prefer to eat vegan when possible. The first day they had a vegan oatmeal that was good but by the second day their vegan menu had literally nothing with protein and by the third and fourth day it just had toast with veggies, which is something I could have gotten at any restaurant or hotel. They are not in the middle of nowhere, there are stores nearby and the manager also drives to visit their other properties. It's not that hard to have tofu or peanut butter or can of lentils that don't expire for months and you can continuously replace. I was so excited to support a veg establishment and feel bad I have to give it this review, but I want to protect full vegans.

Usually hotels will have a small disposable bar soap or something. They had a tiny bottle of body wash which we used to wash out hands with. Our room didn't really have any windows lol... There were 2 windows that basically faced inside the hallway. The shower pressure was not all that great. Also, the walls are thin. We could basically hear everything from anywhere close. You have to wonder how often they even get a chance to service and clean the thing. It's more like an oversized soaking tub. The great thing about this hotel was its location. Everything we wanted to go see was within walking distance. Literally no more than 8mins away. Sadly, the day we were leaving I was persuaded by the guy at the front desk to allow him to get a taxi for me. There was a 3 day festival coming and he says Uber/Lyft won't be able to make it to us because they are clearing the street to get ready. However Uber showed someone can come take us to the airport for $9. Anyway, I let the guy call his taxi person. Got to the airport and I felt like I got ripped off. Charged me $40. When I spoke to her in Spanish and said "no the fuck it's not.". She quickly got quiet because she assumed I was a first time tourist or something. But also who says that? I asked to have a manager escort me to the new room so that we can observe the cleanliness together. The manager apologized. I then asked about the duplicate charge and she promised to refund the money and repeatedly apologized, offering that Marselles was new and still needed training. Okay, whatever.
