I've shopped at their country store a few times for good, hard-to-find items & gifts- their goat milk soap is award-winning. Went to the 2024 fall festival to play & pick pumpkins. (Writing this ahead of our upcoming festival visit and hoping for the same unique tasty apple cider slushy.) Anyway, I don't remember doing much pumpkin-picking but what stood out was the vibe-- starting with a sweet hayride in from the parking lot, through a forest, & out to a larger festival zone. Most workers were happy to be there (& it shows). We felt welcome- even tho we were there at the last event wknd & towards the very end of a hot day. Ambiance: I like that we were allowed to look and linger, shoot hoops, all kinds of stuff. Just mellow fun. (I shot hoops 'against' a little kid there with her granny- won't tell you who won.) There are several places to take selfies and pictures, & just celebrate Fall. We don't have small kids (pumpkin picking here was more for them I feel) but we had a blast enjoying all that was available with basic admission. To sum up: Played games, shopped, & visited with animals- including attempted feeding of friendly baby turkeys- which was a little tough-- long story. Loved meeting the little pony named 'Flapjack'? (Note: it wasn't roller coaster rides or turbo-charged pumpkin cannons- but that's not what we expected or wanted.) I liked that we could see other couples & many families making memories (& likely traditions) together. Looking forward to my visit on Saturday- I'll update with more pics. There is a big parking lot- but be careful, the driveway to get in is really narrow and only one car fits through at a time. There is no admission fee and it is free to walk around. You also don't need reservations. There is cornhole, picnic tables to sit at, a gift shop with local good slike honey and apples, a coffee truck, a lemonade truck and popcorn for sale. There are pumpkins everywhere of different shapes and sizes available for purchase in addition to gourds and mums. We bought a mum and it was $15. There are plenty of photo opportunities and a garden to walk around in. There is also a lot of space for kids to run around in. For an additional fee, there is a wagon ride you can take that will take you to see farm animals but we didn't do this. All in all, not as many activities in my opinion as some of the other pumpkin patches around town, but I did like how close it is to town compared to some of the other pumpkin patch options and it was super cute! They also offer a lot more variety games with ticket purchases but even if you just go and not purchase ticket, you will still have a great time. They also have bonfire sections where you are able to reserve and then come out and bring your own snacks, food and have a great TIME! The farm is free to enter and has a few free activities like photo ops and play items for the kids like slides and a sandbox. We got the tick for all three paid activities. The corn maze was great. It was challenging but not too hard. My son loved the apple cannon. The wagon ride is fun but be prepared to wait since it is a small wagon and very popular. They have food trucks if you want to stay and eat lunch. Pumpkin prices were reasonable and you could even pick one from the field.

What a family-friendly farm to spend some time enjoying the Fall weather. Everywhere we looked, there was something for the kids to play with. Giant slides, giant sandbox, giant CORN box, teepee, pumpkin theme tic-tac-toe, photo opp stations, pumpkin cannons and more! All the animals look well taken care of and are definitely loving their best lives, and you can get up close to give them a pat, or if it's deemed available, give them some food. It's kinda a one and done thing, but kids will love it, and it's an idyllic setting to be outside in nature.

‼WARNING‼ (Neglected goats) Last Saturday I took a trip from Ga-Nc for two goats. The seller…read morecontacted my through this group here under the name Stacey carlisle. Stacey stated that the 2 year old mother and 10-12 week old baby were in good health and never had any Heath concerns or issues present or past. Well upon arrival we see tons of goats and but everything looks ok until we seen their farm dog with feces, and who knows what all mad and threw its long fluffy hair and coat.then we walked into the MN pen and there was a very large amount of goats all together in a rather small area sitting on a saturated pile of old hay the oder, of feces was strong but expected with that amount of animals present. I did have to bring my bottle 2 week old baby with me and was holding her the whole time so when the husband "Jason carlisle" found the goats i heard some coughing and sneezing but figured it was just allergies and baby's feeding. But immediately upon my father, picking up the baby. he heard raspy breathing and asked Jason "why?" We got fast response that she just choked on the bottle that morning but about 1hr into our dive she was coughing a lot and started to have some mucus in her nose. When we told Jason he simply said I can just bring her back but at that point that was a 2 hr turn turn around into our 7 hr drive and we were told she's in health so we continued on and didn't get home untill the night and she never stopped coughing. they were penned fed and watered but I noticed old poop matted to the baby's fur and tail. So next morning I cleaned them up cut out the poop and took the baby to the Vet where she had to stay 4 days for pneumonia of the right lung and high parasite loads of 5 different parasites !! As well as being anemic Due to this news the mom was also examined and at 2 years of age was only 45 pounds loaded with all the same parasites but at extreme levels. The sellers refunded me the cost of the baby, but I warned them about their herds condition with no acknowledgment or reply. I highly recommend not supporting this farm

It's freshly popped and so delicious! We also go to visit the petting area and feed some of the goats, sheep, cows and rabbits. Our toddlers had a blast! Good family fun for the fall season. && I got a funnel cake before we left (topping choices powder sugar, Carmel, chocolate, and strawberry syrup). The wind made it colder on the pumpkin side of the farm and unfortunately they didn't have warm apple cider. I expected them to have something warm that kids could drink (non coffee). Tips: Bring a blanket for inside the wagon. Don't wear your nice shoes. Bring a tripod or stand for photos.
