Pretty good! I always go for the shawarma sandwich, great alternative to other food on campus. Always fresh and fast.

Seating is mostly outdoors and beautifully decorated, definitely a nice selection for an intimate event. Service was wonderful! The spanakopita was nicely flaky, the spinach filling wasn't overly bitter or pungent (my boyfriend is not a fan of strong feta flavors and enjoyed this while I am a feta enthusiast, we felt that this was right in the middle of our demands which worked great). We both love moussaka which is what my boyfriend ended up getting, dare we say it was our favorite moussaka out of any Greek restaurant in America thus far (coming from New Yorkers frequently visiting Astoria). It was broiled to perfection to give the cheese/béchamel layer a light crunch at the top and maintaining that richness underneath. The eggplant and ground meat were well seasoned. I really enjoyed my stuffed peppers as well (rice pilaf, ground beef, and feta on top), the tomato broth/sauce gave a nice sweet and savory flavor with the meal. Finally, a superb pistachio baklava, 10/10. Super impressed with what Miami had to offer for Mediterranean.

Plan accordingly unless you enjoy dining in 85° with a side of humidity. Parking? Practically a scavenger hunt. There's no real on-site option; we ended up trekking about six blocks to a public garage. Apparently there's valet somewhere nearby, but you'd never know it because there were no signs, no heads up, just vibes. They tout a Michelin Bib Gourmand, which set expectations and maybe a little too high. Unfortunately, the food just didn't deliver. Several dishes landed squarely in the "looks better than it tastes" category--pretty, but surprisingly flavorless. At those prices, you expect at least a little wow. Service was fine, but forgettable. All in all, between the heat, the flies, the parking adventure, and the underwhelming food, this one's a pass for me. Won't be making a return trip.

Also, the atmosphere they've created both indoors and outdoors really draws you in: beautiful foliage, gorgeous decor, and inviting decor. They play amazing Greek music to set the mood at a very reasonable volume so you can still hear your party. I've been for lunch during Miami spice and recently for dinner. Everything I've had was delicious with tons of flavor and huge portions. Both times I took enough leftovers for another meal! I especially love their zucchini fritters and their spread plate. All their spreads are so fresh and flavorful but their hummus especially was soo good. My husband and I shared the meat platter for two for dinner and enjoyed everything on it - the loukaniko was especially delicious! For dessert, you can't miss the galatoboureko, a sweet custard dessert with the flaky phyllo dough you know and love from baklava. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend for a lunch date or dinner date and it's super versatile: great for friends, families or romantic dates. Don't miss this beautiful restaurant in downtown!

The food is super tasty, super fresh, portions are adequate without paying a steep price. The salad: we got a greek salad, it was way bigger than what we expected, the tomatos and feta cheese were delicious and my fiance thought that this was the star dish. Its not your basic salad. The waitress prepared it right infront of us and cut fresh tomatos and veggies on a station. Saganaki: must order, this was my favorite dish. Even though its such a simple ingredient (cheese) the flavor is crazy, they torched it and heated it infront of us and we couldn't stop eating it Souvlaki: the chicken was delicious, we got two full skewers, they serve it with fries and their special sauce which is so delicious! Even the fries were delicious and well seasoned! Octopus: this was mind blowing, especially with the meraki sauce. This is technically an appetizer but feels like a whole dish!! And its only for $24 whereas other places tend to overcharge! We had planned to order more but by that time we were full. The menu is rich and there is still so much to try. We will be heading here more frequently and sharing with you our dishes!! 5 stars well deserved! Instagram: @ri_reviews961

The gyro meat was excellent--crispy, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. It came with pita, tzatziki, and traditional fixings, and everything on the platter worked beautifully together. The tzatziki, in particular, was some of the best I've had--fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Truly outstanding. The grilled vegetables were more uneven. There was a nice char overall, and the charred asparagus stood out as especially delicious. However, the rest of the vegetables felt under-seasoned and lacked flavor--something as simple as a bit of salt could have made a big difference. The biggest disappointment was the meatballs small plate. While the portion was generous (six meatballs), unfortunately they were extremely dry and largely inedible. Between two of us, we managed only one--and that reluctantly. Bottom line: Meraki clearly does some things very well--especially the gyro platter and tzatziki--but a few dishes need refinement. With some improvement in seasoning and execution on certain items, this could easily move from good to excellent.

The atmosphere feels refined and upscale without ever feeling overly formal or stuffy, which makes it perfect for both a casual dinner and a special night out. One of my favorite touches is being able to select your seafood directly from the display before ordering. Everything is incredibly fresh, and you can truly taste the difference. I brought my family as it was their first time in Miami and they wanted a seafood option, and Milos' offers a lunch pre-fix that's reasonable in pricing. A manager came by to speak to us and offered complimentary dessert for celebrating and the service was very attentive, precise, and generally lovely. One thing of note- we didn't bring our designer clothing and the front room hostess might have thought this was a concern. When I asked about the prefix she handed me the menu and asked if that "was okay", despite our standing reservation. After the complimentary bread, she had me move my bread to another plate myself so she could clear the table, insinuating we were using the wrong plates. This energy does not belong in a Michelin establishment. The service from everyone else was immaculate and the food was truly divine, but I would forewarn guests to dress up and look the part if they expect cordiality at the front door.

Even after paying, the staff continued to make sure we had water and asked if we needed anything else. This small gesture meant a lot. Sufrat has a great happy hour menu that ends at 6 PM. I tried the Moroccan Mojito, which was so refreshing. To eat, we tried the Shawarma Sushi and $1 chicken wing. The Shawarma Sushi name can be a bit misleading. It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference. Overall, I felt so welcomed and definitely have to return for more chicken wings.
