Unfortunately, the new ice-maker wouldn't STOP making ice, which required a call-back. Another ice-maker was ordered, but before installation, the problem was analyzed. A design flaw was revealed, which meant that the second replacement wouldn't have worked any better. Anyone else would have said "Tough Luck, Sucker!," but Fairhills did some field-engineering, taking the time and trouble to make doubly sure that the customer would be satisfied. With the modification, the ice-maker is now working, the customer is happy, and Fairhills has earned a spot on my list of People To Call When Stuff Breaks.
