Thank you Mavis on 96 and lake joy for fixing a problem you didn't create. Tire rotation and balance at ALM resulted in 3 out of 4 tires out of balance and incorrect tire pressure in all 4. Called the service manager. Not holding my breath for a response. Gave option of refunding tire rotation and balance or pay my mavis bill. Seems like a fair resolution. This was by FARRR the Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Cody(my salesperson) told me lie after lie to get me to come to the dealership which was 3 hours away. We had discussed pricing, a certified warranty, & he even said he would tint my windows. ALL LIES! Now the vehicle was very nice and the GM was driving it at the time. My wife and I wasted our entire Saturday driving down there to sit at the table with the finance manager for him to tell us that they knew NOTHING about all the lies Cody had told us. In fact I spoke to Cody when we were about an hour out and he said everything was great, When I arrived I found out that he had an "emergency!" I wonder if it had anything to do with being found out. The was absolutely NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER! I WAS FURIOUS!! We went to the bank and had our check in hand and I happily walked away!!! I thank God for the finance manager because everyone else pretended that there was a warranty. After I refused to buy they offered me all types of deals but I don't do business that way! Why was the right thing not done from the beginning??? Why lie and think I'm going to be stupid enough to give you $60K for a vehicle with no warranty!! NEVER!! I do not recommend anyone doing business with these guys! There has to be Thousands of better dealerships in GA!!! read more

This dealership operates on a level of disorganization and indifference that is hard to believe. Poor communication, unreliable information and careless handling of essential paperwork made for a frustrating experience. Tag and registration documents-something that should be routine-were not completed in a timely manner. Deadlines came and went with no updates, no urgency and no explanation. Trying to reach anyone by phone is futile. Calls go unanswered and messages are not returned. It seemed that no one at this dealership knew what was going on and didn't care enough to find out. There was no accountability by anyone. I'm honestly not sure how any business can stay in business with this kind of customer service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

Update: it's been over two months and I have not heard a word from the general manager (Brandon Newberry) of ALM CDJR Perry auto group. I have also reached out via text and phone calls to the corporate office and yet to have a call back or email. Very disappointed. I was hoping to find a dealership better than five star. ALM Perry, wants to sell you a car. However, once the sale is completed they are done with you. I purchased a 2024 Silverado on November 8 of 2024 and was told that they would procure me a second fob for this truck. Then I was told the previous owner was going to bring the fob in; therefore they would not put it on the "We Owe Document". It's been 2 months, and I am still waiting. I do believe they gave me a very fair deal on the trade-in of my cars for this truck and the price of the truck. Something as small as a key fob that was promised and not delivered is not a good way to do business. I tried to reach out to ALM's corporate office; they have yet to respond. If ALM brings me a fob for this truck, I may consider changing the rating. Long story short, with ALM of Perry get everything in writing! Regardless. Once the sale is complete, you are just another person trying to get what was promised. read more

Did literally everything except for a finance application with the general manager Chip while out of state. Put a deposit on their truck and sent ample photos of mine. After making sure that the deal was solid and nothing would cause complications within a 3 week window of backwork on my end, i finally went to the dealership. I was told in exact words "unless your vehicle or mine gets hit by a train or a catastrophe happens, this deal will be done upon arrival". It was not done. They offered me $3500 less than what was agreed on after Robert Younger, who wasn't even my salesman, fought for me to not be offered $6500 less! 4 hours of my time and a 4 hour drive one way just to be told this. Supposedly Chip has been here 20+ years so he was fully aware of what he was doing and the fact that this happened with 0 accountability is insane. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a 2022 Ram Rebel with 350 original miles from this dealership. The very next morning after this vehicle was delivered, it wouldn't start. I had to have it towed to a service center (in a rural area so it's an hour away). The service center found a huge draw from a computer board that would kill a new battery overnight. In other words, the morning my vehicle was delivered from the lot, it wouldn't start (they later admitted and said they just figured it was a bad battery and sent it on anyway). So then I had to get a rental vehicle. The service center found the draw on a Saturday morning. They could not get anyone at ALM to answer the phone to approve a warranty fix. Therefore, it could not be approved until the following Monday. This added two extra days to my rental car bill. Of course, they would not agree to pay any of the rental. Robert in finance told me they couldn't answer the phone that Saturday because they were "too busy selling cars" and that at some point, the responsibility is on the customer. Seven days later, the truck would not start again. I had to have it towed again an hour away. This time it was a bad starter. There was no point about asking for rental reimbursement again. I bought the vehicle on September 18th. On November 4th I made the dealership aware that I still had not received my title or license plate, because the plate went dead on the 9th. Never heard back. Called again today, and they had no idea where my title was. The owner and management will avoid you like the plague. Anyone with any authority will avoid you, instead asking those employed under them to deal with things they should not have to deal with. This dealership has a serious top-down leadership issue. Please do not spend your hard earned money to keep this dealership afloat. In the game of capitalism, this dealership deserves to lose for the sake of car buyers. read more
