Upon walking into the spa, I really enjoyed the feel and vibe. The staff was really friendly, and I definitely felt welcomed. I had a signature massage performed by DD (Dierdre). She took her time ahead of the session to address any questions I had about the service and my expectations. She listened regarding my recent surgery and adjusted the service accordingly. She was very skilled and attentive during the session. I walked in carrying the weight of some life worries throughout my body and felt brand new when she was finished. They had pedicures (Mollie and Cheyenne) which were great. They massaged the legs and feet generously. The staff were friendly and the chairs were very relaxing and comfortable. They had head spa treatment with Bryce and Bryanna. Bryanna did a phenomenal job. Numerous applications of oils and moisturizers were applied and neck and should massages were also applied. It was very relaxing with customized aroma therapy. Bryce was very gentle and pleasant. The treatment, while very good was not quite as extensive as Bryanna provided. They had the Swedish massages with Tess and they raved about the massages. She knew the problem areas without having to be explained to her but she also listened to requests. After each body area was completed, it was covered with a hot wet towel and a blanket to keep the heat in. The heated beds were very comfortable and relaxing. Tess was a shoulder and neck expert - the best parts of the massage. The entire spa day took 5 1/2 hours. There were no surprises whatsoever, a few times I looked back over the info and even pictures she supplied preparing you on what to expect, I had not one question for it is ALL given to you! I have just completed my perfecting session a few days ago, and I can't wait for my whole healing process to be finished. For I want to see the final full beautiful brows I know I have now!!
