My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

(see below for a few direct quotes) All the positive reviews are true - The standard of care taken by Dakota, along with Delvin(sp?) and Casper left teachers feeling like they each went home with a brand new car, no matter the extent of work needed (-from melted crayons, to leaves/dirt/upholstery stains, etc.) - They don't skimp or try to do a sub-par job (I'm pretty sure it's against their ethos as a company). EVERY car was handled with meticulous care by Dakota and his team, and this especially meant SO MUCH to our teachers and staff. Even from my initial phone calls with Nicholas, it was clear that DDM cared and wanted to do an incredible job for our hard-working teachers -- THIS is the DIFFERENCE (and I spoke with at least 11 other companies): DDM truly cares about doing things well and treating people right. Exceptionally professional, extremely talented at what they do, and with an un-matched level of care -- There's no other company I'd recommend for detailing work. We wish them continued success and are forever grateful for everything!!! Thank you, thank you Dakota, Delvin, Casper, Nicholas and the entire DDM crew! ---- My car is shiny and clean and the windows are awesome. Thank you so much for arranging this. I feel truly pampered! ---- My car was super clean both inside and out, the tires are shiny, the windows are super clean, my seats are stain free. To keep it short it looks like new! Could we keep them coming regularly, like if we pay for our own service? ---- My van looked absolutely amazing. Felt like the day I drove it off the lot! Would definitely recommend this company and will be returning. ---- They did a great job with my car, and will definitely recommend them to friends. My car has never been so clean! Felt like I was driving a brand new car! They spent 1h30 to clean my car! Job VERY well done! Thank you!!!!! ---- Thank you so much for the car detail! They did an amazing job! I really appreciate it. ---- It was a thrill to drive my car after it was detailed! Thanks so much for this service! Perhaps we could set up a regular service that we could pay for. Thank you! --- My car was VERY clean! The windows sparkled, the interior was spotless and the leather upholstery was even conditioned! It was obvious that Dakota took care and had great attention to detail. Mine was the last car to be cleaned, but I didn't feel like it was rushed at all . . . well worth the wait! Thank you PTO Board for organizing this appreciation event for the staff! ---- My car was amazingly clean inside and out - like he just rolled off the showroom floor! Since I had a prior cleaning and images to compare it too, I expressed to him the seats weren't as clean as he's done them in the past he offered to fix the back and come out with for an additional fee of $20. I paid him $190 (for upcharges he insisted on) then another $25 for him to return to redo the back. I ask if he can do the front and passenger with the likeness of the back as I seen it looked a lot the first cleaning and he wanted $40 per each seat totally $295.00 for what was originally $150 a full detail. He continually upcharges you instead of taking into the opinion & satisfaction of his client. I then told him this "full detail" is becoming incredibly pricey, going up to $300. I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months. I feel disrespected, I had reservations and canceled on a 5 star service to do my car and for $200, out of loyalty for going to the same person and him doing a good job, it was not worth it. The seats are still dirty and the air conditioner radio area is not as clean with sticky residue. It was not a good clean. I sent so many people to him for what?
