My provider was Mayela and I wanted to share my experience with anyone who wants to try Lifespan…read more This review is totally organic and I made it because my experience was great. I usually only give reviews that are when I get above and beyond service. I came due to the special price on summer promo, and was hoping I would see results. Some of the things I appreciated: 1. Mayela gave me sound advice for my treatment and was honest. 2. She was very clear on the after care and follow up instructions. 3. Be ready to follow up, it's part of the protocol and you will be happier overall when you let her see her work, so she's satisfied with the results. 4. I went in with very realistic expectations because I've spent way more and looked overdone or lacking the right area for me; I was so pleasantly surprised at the difference after 5 days. Like I had surgery kind of work done, that kinda difference. 5. She has the expertise and just plain knowledge of how it all works, and now I really trust her. 6. I bought threads, Botox and Juvederm on a summer special and plan to follow up every 9 months to a year with Mayela for sure. She has a very good eye and also has the experience to know what works apparently. 7. It was a bit pricey but I will tell you that it was less than a plastic surgeon's nurse but more than a normal med spa, and I've tried both in the Woodlands. 8. If the Lake Conroe area seems too far, remember that you get what you pay for and who you pay for and Mayela is way worth it. 9. It kinda feels like we are really buying the expertise of the provider since it is actually the same product from Alle used, but I am just way more thrilled with the outcome. I feel like I did not waste my money at all. Especially since I don't take investments in my appearance lightly, and I would assume most people don't either. 10. New client for life now, Mayela, I hope you get to see this. Sincerely, "Metalhead"

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience regarding my results nor their "guarantee" I will not be returning. Value: This place isn't by far the most expensive but because I did not have good results and additionally I was advised and did more units than I have before I was pretty dismayed. I spent the most I've spent in a long time on botox and didn't get a good and complete result. I came back in for the 3rd visit after I had an additional amount of units on the 2nd visit. Nothing was done and it doesn't seem like there really was any guarantee at all as the line were still there with no futher treatment. It was a waste of my time and honestly I could have sent a picture for them to tell me oh you get what you get and to further recommend me more skincare products. : ( Service: For your 1st visit they want you to sign a waiver for taking your pictures specifically on this waver it says that they have control of these photos and they can be used for a variety of broad purposes. When I did not feel comfortable signing that they verbally said that what was written was not correct and they only use it to guarantee the work. I told them I still did not feel comfortable signing as that was not what was legally presented to me. If that is the case the document needs to be changed. The front desk lady seemed quite annoyed by my response visibly but the technician was OK with it and I let her take photos. Sales: pushed for membership and products, thankfully not too aggressively but brought up each visit. Location: Shared lot not great but usually you can find something. Owell I can't recommend.

Also I have spent quite a bit here for one thing or another and except for the semaglutude shots other treatments haven't been great. I also notice the owner is quite hostile towards other negative reviewers, each and every one. Reviews are supposed to be used to improve the services you provide, if you need to do an in service on your vastly new staff you do that. When your NP had poked me 8 times and couldn't get my IV, I was patient (I am a RN myself), and let the pink haired blue truck, now has left lady only start my IVS. The laser hair removal like someone else has said is in effective, I have successfully done that treatment elsewhere but I quit coming for those and have more treatments I can donate to someone that wants to waste their time. I wanted to ask to see a different NP this last time Because I felt the last visit wasn't good but again am all for giving people chances.
