Went inside for a coffee since it was about 5:30am. Near the check out they had a variety of breakfast items in hot streamer trays. Which they served into a white styrofoam "to go" box. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of scrambled eggs. The young man that served it up asked if I wanted one biscuit or two. Looking at the size of the biscuits I said one. He said are you sure? The price is the same. I still went with one. I went out to my van to enjoy my breakfast and coffee. I don't know where they get their biscuits. They taste homemade. The gravy was excellent too. I regret not getting that second biscuit. LOL Back home in Las Vegas, Nevada I joked with my wife. Someday we are driving there just for Biscuits. At a truck stop no less.
