I will always be grateful to the wonderful people at this auto repair shop. My car broke down…read moreduring my Colorado trip from Dallas, and was stranded at the New Mexico border. And after making several calls, I finally got help from Bob's Towing Service. They were incredibly helpful and brought me and my car safely to this repair shop. At that point, I was overwhelmed, scared, and honestly in tears. I had almost given up on continuing my trip. But the people at this repair shop were absolutely wonderful. They were not only professional, but genuinely kind, warm, and caring. They carefully checked my car, made sure the brakes and everything else were working properly, and reassured me that my car was safe and I could continue my trip. I especially want to mention the mechanic's wife. She was pregnant at the time and was so incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming. Their kindness during such a stressful and emotional moment meant more to me than they probably realize. Because of these wonderful people, I was able to continue my Colorado trip and make some beautiful memories instead of having to turn around and go home. I will never forget how they helped me when I was at my lowest. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. People like you remind us that there is still so much kindness in the world. I highly recommend this place not just for their excellent work, but for the genuinely wonderful people behind it. Thank You Again! :-)

Not much in this area if you are just passing through on the state highway so it was great to see this gas station appear on the horizon. Good amount of parking around the store. Four gas pumps and then several larger pumps for trucks and semis. The gas station is easy to pull into and a quick return back to the highway to continue your journey. Clean restrooms in the store. All the juices, sodas, waters, cold coffees, and Gatorade's you could want. Usual snack and candy selection. They also have dog toys and treats in the store. Kind of a grange supply for the area but also the area convenience store. Two ice cream freezers! One with the usual suspects you routinely see. The second with Mexican specific frozen treats. Awesome. Cigarettes and lighters can be found up front. Best of all an extremely impressive sweet tea selection. You can order specific flavors by the gallon and very reasonable prices. They even have fountain sodas at crazy low prices. I wouldn't go out of the way to stop in but driving through the area it's an oasis you don't want to miss.

That kind of customer service is rare these days. They didn't have to open their doors, but they did--and they got us safely back on the road. We can't say enough good things about Bain Tire Pros. If you're looking for a business that genuinely cares about its customers, this is one I highly recommend. Thank you for going above and beyond when we needed you most. We are incredibly grateful!

Had it not been for this little gas station in Hartley, we would have been stranded at 5am with the closest gas station more than 30 minutes away in one direction, MUCH further the other. Prices are good and great location. We almost didn't route to this gas station because Apple Maps only showed 1 review (a Google search yielded many reviews)! Please, if all you need is gas, don't think this business is shut down like we almost did. Thanks for saving our butts, Hartley Station!
