It took forever for salads to appear as an item to purchase through the app. They also took forever to figure out that some folks (meaning me - a Millennial, of course) use Apple Pay to pay for their kids' juior bacon cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets. The drive-thru line can get snake-like long through the weird parking lot. Their drive-thru speaker works pretty well - the best working in town! The staff members are mostly friendly, although, check your orders before you drive off beause they don't always get it right. They usually do, but when they don't, it's been bad. TIP Use the app to order for pickup either at a mobile parking spot or drive-thru. Your order will be ready within 10 minutes. Plus you get rewards for things like a free Dave's double or a 10-piece chicken nuggets.

The dining area is pretty big and they do have plenty of seating. The food is always consistent and so is the customer service. The ladies usually working have always been friendly and fast with getting out the orders. I have had both burgers and chicken sandwiches and they have both tasted fresh. Even the fries have been good. Do avoid the lunch hour though if your in a rush because it does get really busy both inside and in the drive thru. Definitely a great location!

Other plans for the plaza-to-be are in the works. Open daily until 10PM. Good for breakfast! Drive-thru is available. A bit slow for one breakfast sandwich for me on 1.22.2025, but they were friendly & it was served hot. They have a separate drive-thru line for online orders. Blake's, established in 1952, is famous for incorporating green chile into their offerings. There are several scattered throughout the Land of Enchantment as well as a few in Tucson, AZ, and El Paso, TX. I personally recommend the Lota breakfast sandwich with sausage ($6.71). It entails two eggs omelette-style with cheese and your choice of sausage or bacon topped with green chile, served on a soft, smooth buttery bun. Good filler for all-day-on-your-feet days! For lunch, I would opt for the green chile cheeseburger, no mustard and add mayo. It pairs nicely with onion rings. Slowest McDonald's in Hobbs…read more This was the first of the golden arches chain to exist in this dusty New Mexico town. Now that it is the year 2024, there are two more - one on the Lovington Highway near Walmart and the newest brick and mortar on the south side of town at Marland Boulevard and Dal Paso St. Seems like a clean location from the drive-thru. My friends with little ones still enjoy the indoor playground. Just really slow customer service plus they still managed to get my kids' orders wrong on May 30, 2024.
