I accepted the Proposal and the work was scheduled in about 4 weeks. For some reason, a Supervisor came out a few days before the scheduled repair and told me the pricing in the original Proposal I accepted was no longer valid and the cost would be almost double their original proposal. Needless to say I determined I will not do business with a company with these business practices. I had the work done by another company and the items Guttermen added to the original proposal were not needed and were not done by the company I contracted with. I don't know if this was a Bait & Switch tactic or just simply because they were not knowledgeable re. the work that needed to be done. I would suggest caution when dealing with Guttermen.

Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others.
