I was being charged my regular monthly fee until a month where they decided to charge me double. I tried to get in contact with victor but he wouldn't answer my calls or email me back. My bank ended up charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. I finally got in contact with my insurance company directly through one of victors co workers who not only explained why I was being charged this but was called progressive (parent company) for me and made the process much simpler. After all of this I tried to contact Victor and after explaining the bad experience I have had he just hands me the number to progressive and says he can't personally help me himself. He is incredibly unprofessional and after signing you up for a scam like insurance company he will leave you in the dust. I am with State Farm now and paying much less for the same coverage. ..
