I switched again mainly for customer service and then find out i am now saving over 20% from my original policy w him and a staggering amount over their current quote

A few months later I noticed…read morethat the new car wasn't on the account, it was evidently removed without any notification to me. The office claimed they added it and needed to investigate why back office removed the car. 2 days after not using my car due to no insurance I got an entire new policy with another firm in about an hour-- and at 20% less for the 5 cars than the 4 cars were costing me at Allstate! The kicker though is that now in May I receive a notice from collections that Allstate had sent a $171 charge to even though I never received a bill, certainly never an email or phone call follow up from this agent that claimed to be sorry for how I was treated previously, even though I explicitly asked the agent what I would need to do to close out the account and he never answered me. Horrendous communication throughout, incompetent at their systems and just interested in clients' premiums without caring about them.
