On April 30, 2026 I contacted customer service myself--only to find out the request had not been processed at all. When I followed up with Jeff, the response I received was dismissive and lacked accountability. He stated, "It wasn't processed because you didn't answer questions." I asked him when he notified me of this. He informed me, "I'm notifying you, now." This is incompetent and unacceptable. Given that these are life insurance policies, this is a serious matter. In the event of a death, this experience raises real concerns about how a policy would actually be handled. I have since requested to have my policies reassigned to a more responsive and professional agent. I would not recommend working with this individual or company.
