But recently, when my auto policy was up for renewal, I requested a requote. A couple of weeks later I received the quote and was told to pay by a certain deadline. I confirmed the amount with her before paying. After I paid, they charged me hundreds more than the agreed-upon quote. When I reached out, Kayla admitted it was their mistake--but said there was nothing she could do about it. No effort to make it right, no accountability. Her response came across as dismissive and arrogant. At this point, I can't recommend 317 Insurance or Kayla to anyone. If you want transparency, professionalism, and people who take responsibility for their errors, look elsewhere for a more reputable broker.
