Nobody is perfect.......no company is perfect.....but when you work in insurance, you get to hear horror stories from customers about troubles they had with other companies and it makes you proud to represent Matt Pryor's State Farm office. They aren't always the least expensive to be insured by, but there is not a better company to insure with, and there's not a better agent to handle your insurance needs. Customers don't always understand how and why claims are handled the way they are......just because your neighbor's roof is damaged doesn't mean yours is. They say that the letter says if you don't reply by a certain date, its automatic. They make it difficult to remove the person and say that I have to prove that he doesn't live with me. Do not use this company. They add random people to your policy and hope you don't notice and just pay it. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star, perhaps zero or negative one.
