Then, when those things are discovered by the customer and they cancel, they need to cancel the policy instead of waiting weeks and sending me another bill telling me I haven't paid. Then, when a payment is made for the other policy we had with them (life insurance), they need to put in the system so I don't get more mail telling me I am late and that I need to pay them again.
