He responded on April 2 and April 3, and again on April 10, indicating the request would be handled. However, no confirmation was ever provided. On April 30, 2026 I contacted customer service myself--only to find out the request had not been processed at all. When I followed up with Jeff, the response I received was dismissive and lacked accountability. He stated, "It wasn't processed because you didn't answer questions." I asked him when he notified me of this. He informed me, "I'm notifying you, now." This is incompetent and unacceptable. Given that these are life insurance policies, this is a serious matter. In the event of a death, this experience raises real concerns about how a policy would actually be handled. I have since requested to have my policies reassigned to a more responsive and professional agent. I would not recommend working with this individual or company.

Tyler didn't just answer my calls and pass along messages. He proactively reached out to State Farm claims on my behalf, independently flagged issues with how my claim was being handled, and has consistently gone above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from an insurance agent - and he is still doing it. Every single person in this office has treated me like I mattered - not like a claim number. While the corporate side of State Farm has been making my life a nightmare for over four months, Dennis Chaumont's office has been the one consistent bright spot through all of it.
