While trying to inquire re:…read moremy new policy, she continually interrupted me to the point I had to speak over her and state, 'I am still speaking.' I paid an extra $150 to utilize this company, so the disrespectful behavior is unwarranted and disgraceful. In addition, when I googled the Burleson location, the Mansfield's number popped up. Novia stated I would need to call the Burleson location. As I was trying to explain the above, she interrupted me again, telling me to google it. Had she stopped interrupting me and LISTENED, she would have heard me state I had already googled that. She finally transferred me over to the correct location. If you want customers to utilize your company, perhaps train your team members to be more professional, kinder, and actually listen without interrupting.
