I went to another broker: over 40% off this year's renewal rate (felt so cheap we even added 10% coverage but we were under covered before). I called Navy Insurance and spoke with a young lady name Tania at the Cermak location. She was very patience and informative in the situation that I was in. She kept me calm and explained my situation and explained what I needed to do to resolve my issue. She advised me that she will personally follow up the next day and thats exactly what she did.
