First off, I think everythone should protect their data, but I am one of the more extreme users out there. I will give up convenience in a heartbeat if I think I can handle something anonymously. The process of handing my info over for a quote has always bothered me and I called this Allstate office because I wanted to see if they could help quote me home and auto. Probably made the agent feel stuck for a moment lol, but it was me holding back, not wanting to disclose specific details of my home/name. The agent was really just at an immediate dead-end because trying to give a general estimate is just too risky for quotes, which I understand. So I finally gave in, or let go of my extreme reservations and the agent worked through most of the details once I provided my info. The process was quick, and the agent was trying to assure me that there are options to fit my needs, and that we will seek discounts I might qualify for as well. I tried quotes online with other companies and they were defaulting to a generally inflated premium. Talking on the phone with an Allstate agent has changed my perspective. The agent was patient with my concerns, friendly, and filled in a quote as if doing it for their OWN FAMILY! There were comments the agent made along the way, on how Allstate has learned and made improvements to their system and app to benefit their customers. These kind of details won't come through an online quote, or from an agent who dislikes their job. And GUESS WHAT!?... by end of our conversation I signed up for bundled home and auto, business done, money saved!!!!!!! I knew I could do better than the previous 2 Insurance providers I used (way better), and this could be the answer I have been seeking. Thanks so much for making a difference!!! read more

After I called Allstate about my insurance, Shelby made an appointment with me and called me the next day. She went over my full coverage and gave me suggestions on what insurance I might want to add or drop if no longer needed. Shelby also reviewed my coverage to see if I could benefit from a different insurance plan. She was very thorough and went through everything I had questions about. After the call, she sent me a write-up of our conversation for my records. I am extremely happy with the service she provided. Thank you for the time Shelby. read more

I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelby at Allstate. My husbands card had fraudulent charges so we had to get a new one, totally forgetting what was being paid by his card. I called them 2 months after and got it all squared away. Shelby was totally understanding about the whole thing. I re enrolled in autopay but she did it for me. To be honest, I totally forgot about it again (mom brain). Shelby let me know that everything was done and now I don't have to worry about anything. I recommend them to everyone! it's a 10/10 for me! read more

Kyle's office and team in Buda helped me when I had issues transitioning back to a standard auto policy from another program. The process should have been seemless and clear. However, glitches between the program held up my auto plan and Savannah Rose, office manager, helped out in clear up the mess. She was responsive with my problems and gave clear direction towards resolution. If you want good insurance and a good team, Kyle's team in Buda, TX would fit that bill.
