I just wrote the most awesome detailed review for Jonathan, but then my page refreshed and I am too pissed to re-write it. Jonathan is the only agent I will go with, I've been with him 6months nearly so far and I never plan on changing. he is fantastic. he is kind like the older cool big brother/ guy who works in insurance and helps you out like crazy with all the vital information you need to know which you never had. I was an idiot when it came to insurance before, and Jonathan didn't mind explaining to me all the hypotheticals, brought up vivid examples and didn't mind that I used his time to completely understand the ins and outs of what if situations. That might be the job of an insurance agent, however, you can surely tell the difference between someone who enjoys helping others and someone who is bored and does not care about you, gives off the feeling you are wasting their time. I'm gonna try and stick with him until humans no longer drive because humans and cars started breeding with each other causing medical insurance to blend with auto insurance. About a year ago my husband and I were looking to getting new car insurance. We were honestly in a hard place and we wanted decent coverage for a good price... we went with infinity through Freeway insurance. Huge mistake! It was seriously awful! They quoted us one thing, made us put all this money up front, horrible customer service and every time I called they had a different excuse. So we started shopping around again 2 weeks after signing with them. After a couple phone calls I ended up with Jennifer at this office! Omg I was so thankful for her. She spent about 30 mins on the phone with me just going over numbers and what would be in our price range. Literally answered every question I had: if I change to a $100 ded what's the price difference from a $500 ded? If I take my husbands towing off where does that put us? What about medpay? Oh bundling renters... discount? and if so how much? She is so efficient and knows me by name and my story when I call or when I walk into the office. Fabiola is also very helpful! I've walked in a couple times when Jennifer wasn't there and she was so quick to help me and get what I needed done! I can't thank Jennifer enough.
