He was accommodating, knowledgeable and gave advice not only as an agent, but as a friend would have as well. Bob even met me in my home town so I did not have to travel far, walked over all the paperwork and options and did most of the work! Since submitting my paperwork he has been in constant contact updating me on the process and next steps so I never have to question the status of my health care and the submission process. I really appreciate the time and energy he put into finding the right plan for me. I was treated like a top client and would recommend him to anyone.

I was planning on getting a much more expensive plan, and he actually talked me out of it-I didn't realize that it was way more than I needed. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Months later, I still have questions occasionally, and he is always quick to respond. He's also very personable and makes the extremely boring process of picking insurance tolerable :)

Don't worry I already said in my first edit that I will never have the pleasure of knowing your service. This should issue should have been closed a long time ago ending with my original review of your intake service call, but glad to know you're spending so much of your precious time disputing my yelp review. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2nd Edit: I don't recall ever asking for a free 1 hour consultation. I simply asked if you guys could help me to which again a simple no would have sufficed because no matter how simple it was there would be no time, right? If there was no intention of taking on my case there wouldn't be need for you to clarify that you had a $350/hr fee and that you can't put other businesses on hold for me. Again there was no misunderstanding here, it was blatant disrespect in the crudest fashion. I'd understand if I caught you on a bad day, I'm a person too, but to keep justifying your tone and behavior is frankly insulting. I did reach out via chat first and received an immediate unavailable which prompted me that it might have been an answering bot and wanted to see if that was the case -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit: I called in for an inquiry, if you are busy or I inquired too late you can simply say no sorry we are unable to take your case, which is perfectly acceptable. I did not appreciate the condescending tone of telling me if I had came to you guys earlier, completely unnecessary. Finally you do not have to appreciate my review but your business is viewed as a whole from start to finish and that includes the inquiry process. You might be the best at what you do but because of this experience I will never have the pleasure of knowing that service. Hope this helps. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Called in and had a pretty terrible time with the person on the phone. I was asking if they are able to help me with an individual tax filing, and was replied with "we are at capacity". Perfectly reasonable explanation so I said "oh okay so you guys are busy", to which the person on the phone said "well we'd need need to file an extension and the fees that are associated with that would have to be calculated afterwards..." I was confused why I'd need an extension since it's 2 weeks till the deadline still and got hit with "well we have 500 clients we're trying to get out the door and if you had came to us earlier..." how many people that their firm is trying to get out the door seems irrelevant to my inquiry. They also said "well we charge $350 an hour and I can't put my other clients on hold for an hour just for your case" So basically I'm not paying them enough to have the dedicate even 1 hour, and doesn't matter how much it is an hour if I agree to it then I should also get the same level of service as everyone else. But again if you don't have time that's totally understandable I told them that a simple "we don't have time" would have been an adequate response, and it still would have been perfectly reasonable but instead of just telling me a straight answer they kept trying to justify why they can't help me with my filing and how busy they are, and how many clients they have. All seems pretty irrelevant to what I was originally calling for, ultimately I got a "Well I'm just gonna say we don't have time and leave it at that.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No agent was involved. I stopped by the Bright office in Milford and met with Sandra who took some time to familiarize herself with our insurance needs. A day or two later she emailed me several alternatives that highlighted multiple coverage options all for less than we'd been paying. Moved both of our vehicles and homeowners and in the process will save several hundred dollars/year. I'd highly recommend Bright and Sandra in particular.

Murphy trapped us in a Predatory Mortgage based on fraudulent loan application. Mr. Murphy falsified the Mortgage Loan application when he excluded $69,000 SBA Loan. Mr. Murphy approved the Predatory Mortgage Loan at 53% DTI (Debt-to-Income) ratio and violated the Commonwealth v. Fremont Investment & Loan opinion, 452 Mass. 733, 897 N. E. 2d 548 (2008), Federal Underwriting and Mortgage Affordability Requirements. On September 12, 2023 we filed a lawsuit about mortgage fraud against Fairway, Murphy and others in Worcester District State Court. We demanded Jury Trial. On November 3, 2023 Honorable Judge R. Pellegrini found evidence of Fraud, Deceit, Intentional Misrepresentation and Originally Structurally Unfair Mortgage was in violation of M.G.L. c.93A, c.183C. Unfortunately on September 23, 2024 Bank-friendly Judge James G. Haddad ignored genuine issues of material facts and denied us from presenting any evidence to a Jury. He overruled Judge Pellegrini's order and dismissed our case before Trial. Judge Haddad decided the Court lacks jurisdiction because we do not seek "monetary damages" for our suffering. Judge Haddad also denied without reason our request to amend the lawsuit with money damages. We immediately filed an appeal. 20 months later, our Appeal is still pending. To this day, Judge James G. Haddad's order has not been confirmed by any other Judge. Due to Mr. Murphy's conduct, our "Excellent Credit" has been destroyed to Poor Credit and we are in danger of losing our family home.
