He didn't just give us a quote and pushed us out the door, he took time to listen to what our needs were and gave us different options and explained each one. It was not just about a commission or another sale for his record, he actually cared. When some punk kid decided to pay more attention to his phone instead of driving and rear ended our vehicle which was totaled. It was so nice to have Aaron with us helping us with every step of the way and took the stress of our shoulders and they dealt with the punk kid and his insurance or lack thereof. Whenever we have a question about our policies we can always expect an honest and fast response from him. No explanation why. I went into the office to pay my premium to be told nothing is due. I showed the cancellation notice and was told they didn't know why. Then she told me she had togo to lunch and would call me back with another quote. Been over a week and no response. Tried to call again and no answer. Not use to substandard service.

They constantly screwed up my payment information and my payment got higher each month for my auto insurance. They screwed up my mortgage escrow account (with no explanation of how) which caused my house payment to raise by almost a $100 a month the next year. Each time I contacted them to setup an "easy pay" auto withdraw they would "lose" the payment information by the next month. For 6 month straight. After two years of screw ups I am done. I'm going back to Allstate. If I could give negative stars as a rating... I would. They never, ever apologize or offer to fix the problems they have caused. Horrible customer service. Totally incompetent. Should loose their insurance license if all their customers are treated this way. Very possibly a case of discrimination. They always seemed uncomfortable when I mentioned my wife. As a side note, I was also lied to about our insurance coverage. They over insured the house value and under-insured my personal belongings (the opposite of what they told me they did).
