He didn't just give us a quote and pushed us out the door, he took time to listen to what our needs were and gave us different options and explained each one. It was not just about a commission or another sale for his record, he actually cared. When some punk kid decided to pay more attention to his phone instead of driving and rear ended our vehicle which was totaled. It was so nice to have Aaron with us helping us with every step of the way and took the stress of our shoulders and they dealt with the punk kid and his insurance or lack thereof.
