Used to love this bank, but they have changed. Now, I would cross the street to avoid them. They are no longer customer service centered, and have gone to the other extreme: anti customer service. read more

When I leave a message, they are quick to respond. They provide answers to my questions and help me turn all my bad luck issues around. I switched from my long time insurance company just over a year ago and the difference is night and day. My rates went down and the customer service is 100% better. They are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service they provide.

We paid a premium expecting professional help. Instead, we got a dismissive, unhelpful experience. When the IRS requested more documentation a year later, Jim charged us again to prepare three documents - which we had to send ourselves. He blamed us for not providing the right info the first time, despite being the professional we hired to guide us. Communication was terrible, and support was nonexistent. We were left doing all the legwork. Unprofessional and not worth the cost.

I was a first time home buyer and needed help doing them this year. Honestly, I should have just prepared and filed them myself and saved the $160 because he did not help me explore and discover any other deductions I could have potentially had. The appointment in total was less than 20min. It felt like a rip off.

Aaron Moore is an amazing person. When we were comparing insurances for home and auto insurance…read morewith several different agencies in town in 2014, Aaron was able to give us the best rates beating out all of the competition, plus he was the only person we talked to that you could tell that he actually cared for us and understood our needs. He didn't just give us a quote and pushed us out the door, he took time to listen to what our needs were and gave us different options and explained each one. It was not just about a commission or another sale for his record, he actually cared. When some punk kid decided to pay more attention to his phone instead of driving and rear ended our vehicle which was totaled. It was so nice to have Aaron with us helping us with every step of the way and took the stress of our shoulders and they dealt with the punk kid and his insurance or lack thereof. Whenever we have a question about our policies we can always expect an honest and fast response from him. We have been so impressed with Aaron and State Farm that we are definitely going to be a lifelong costumer of Aaron's!
