There are many agents out there that treat you as merely a customer to provide a quote and hold your policy for servicing like a number. To Eric, you are the client, not the customer, and the only number you are is #1. He will treat you like you are his only priority. That level of service is rare and worth every penny. Give him a call and see for yourself, heck you might even save some money too.

Curtis is the king of client advocacy…read more Yes he sells insurance, but he REALLY focuses on helping customers understand the right choices and when there is a need for a claim, he makes sure everything goes as well as possible. Heck... even when there are hiccups in the claims process, he jumps in and fights for you. He is on MY side, and that's a HUGE value to me, my family, and my companies. I have been a customer of Curtis's for years, and there is no one I trust more to honestly answer my insurance related questions. I'm not a Farmers customer, I'm a Curtis customer.

Last year, this agency canceled my homeowner's insurance policy without ever speaking to me because…read moremy mortgage company failed to send them a check. A simple phone call to me would have resolved the issue immediately, but no attempt was made to contact me. One year later, my insurance policy was renewed without my authorization. I did not receive any renewal notice, policy documents, or request for approval. On top of that, the premium more than doubled from the previous year, which is completely unacceptable. I attempted to contact this agency over 100 times to discuss my policy. I also contacted Allstate customer service, and they attempted to reach the agency on my behalf while I was on the line--still no response. Their phones are consistently unanswered. This pattern raises serious concerns about the agency's business practices and customer service. I will be filing formal complaints with the city and Allstate headquarters.
