They keep sending spam mail to my address with someone else's name on it despite returning to…read moresender multiple times, this is poor business practice and reflects negatively on State Farm as a whole. If you ever move rest assured they will spam the hell out of the next resident. A reasonable expectation would be to stop sending me mailers or to remove the name from the mailer but despite this the exact letters I returned to sender had a message written on it saying "YOU ARE CURRENT RESIDENT" And were placed in my mailbox again. Not only was I disgusted by this unprofessional response but I will not be considering State Farm as an insurance provider if this is typical business practice for agents. If they market this agressively then they're likely to try to push you into an overpriced package that you probably don't need.

When I asked Paul to step in and fix the situation, he yelled at me. He called me names, he insinuated that I was lying, he would not even allow me to talk. His response to me was typical of someone with abusive anger management problems. To top it off, he immaturely hung up on me. The unprofessional manner of his complete staff is not worth your time. I have ended up filing a corporate complaint because I have never been yelled at so abusively. Anyone who treats a customer of 27 years like this does not deserve mine or your business. I am in the process of moving my service now.
