This man is beyond rude and arrogant. You would think for someone in sales he would have some type of customer service skills. My aupair arrived at his class half an hour late and he was so rude to her and kicked her out of the class, embarrassed her in front of all the attendants. She came home so upset that she was crying. Mind you she has only been here for a few months and English is not her first language. When I called Ian to rectify the issue he was extremely rude and demonsterous. Clearly lacking in the manners category. He was no help! His response to her getting her $23 back was 'if he comes across the check he will rip it up' rather than 'I will look for the check and destroy it'. Clearly he needs the $23 if he will not make a conscious effort to destroy the check and would not give me a definite answer just to be jerk. Liberty Mutual is a reputable company, unfortunately people like Ian are giving the New City, NY office a terrible name. I would never do business nor refer anyone to that office. This man has no customer service skills and clearly is unhappy with his own life to treat people in a demeaning manner. Good luck to you Mr. Prastien.

Since drone insurance isn't a common request, I figured I wouldn't get answers until someone researched it. Jose was knowledgeable about drone policies and took the time to explain everything to me. He gave me a quote and was in the process of setting up the policy when he called me back and said it'd be cheaper than he originally thought (I appreciate his honesty). Jose was great at communicating with me and called to keep me updated every step of the way. He had my new policy active the same day that I called. He was thorough in explaining what I needed and didn't need. He went out of his way to be polite and courteous to me. I was able to purchase this policy from start to finish without even needing to go to the office. He made it very easy and was a pleasure doing business with. He is an asset to State Farm.
