State Farm has been good to us until my wife's car accident. They originally told us 2-4 day for an adjuster to come by because the car was not drivable. After this they then told us we only have one week for the car rental before we had to return it. Even though we had not reached our $1,000 limit for a car rental yet. We told State Farm we needed to wait to receive the lean release from Toyota financial to sent out the title in order to get the check And we wouldn't be able to revive the check from state farm within a week to purchase a new car. Took them an extra 3 days to "over night" mail us our check. Now we are without a rental. Having to wait for this check to clear before I can get a car for my wife who is currently car-less. Very disappointed with State Farm.
