I don't usually write reviews about nail salons because I'm pretty easy going about things like this but this one warranted it. Last minute walk-in for a mani and pedi because we're attending a wedding later and my nails had grown out too far and looked terrible. Having said that, I would have been better off keeping what I already had than how they were done. She went super fast (and I was the only customer in the salon) and was incredibly rough. I won't be back and would suggest Blossom's or Luxury Nails that are close by. read more

This nail salon is amazing and I'm so happy I started going to them. Due to covid they were closed but have now reopened and are taking reservations. As of now they do not accept walk-ins due to the pandemic but I enjoy this aspect very much. You do need to wear a mask during your appointment but it's a small price to pay when they do such a beautiful job. The salon is also very neat and tidy and very calming as well. Other salons in the area tend to try to cram in as many people as possible and therefore are lacking in quality. However, Allstar, does not try to do that and takes their time on each person and ensures that your nails will be the best they can be. It is run by two sisters who are very sweet and very talented and they can do a lot of different designs. I definitely would recommend this salon to anyone you won't be disappointed. read more

The staff is friendly and the location is good. As I sat there getting my nails done I noticed dirt on the table and the more I searched the corners the more dirt I saw. Also the technician rushed through the mani-pedi so I couldn't relax and enjoy it. read more

Things went sour as soon as I walked in because I had the nerve to ask the owner how much a pedi was. Her response was to tell me to sit down without providing the price or how long the wait would be. When I persisted I got the usual judgement and hemming and hawing routine on whether or not I would be worthy of her service. No price lists or menus so they can name their price if you don't ask. She did this in front of the customer she was working on and another customer as a means to embarrass me. I regret not walking out at that point. She did a mediocre job, cutting corners and doing a crap job with a paint on design. At one point she dug the tip of her sharp thumb nail into the surface of my big toe nail for no reason. Just an act of contempt. She shows zero appreciation for the polite, generous customers who have lifted her out of a much worse existence. I could hear her complaining about me to her customer over NOTHING. Get a grip mamasan, you're nothing special. Don't spend that $3 tip all in one place honey. read more

me and my friend went there for her birthday. planned to get matching nails. when we got in they were a little cranky and said to sit. we did, and one of the women got to work right away, it felt a little rushed. I watched as my friend got her nails done, really fast and it seemed like they were just trying to get it over with. while she was getting her nails done I was waiting for the other women to start, and she soon came over when my friend was half way done. our appointment was set for 1:00, we got there a little late (1:10) and they still weren't prepared for us. once she started, it seemed really unorganized. they have like pencil cases full of nail tips just tossed in there and use paintbrushes for gel. it seemed really unprofessional and rushed. but so slow. she put my tips on, really fast. glue everywhere. and I thought they'd clean it up but no. after she got my tips on she went back to helping another client. for like 20 min then came back to be and started cutting my tips finally, when I didn't know how long I wanted them she got fustrated and turned to the girls that just. walked. in. it was around 2:30 at this point and my friend was just about done with her set. I didn't even get started yet. she came back ten minutes later to cut them. she cut them with scissors which you would see in a elementary classroom. she started filing and everything then once again started helping the client who just walked in, which they knew each other and were talking. like you can talk but don't prioritize your friends at your place of business. my friend showed me her nails and they were nice, little messy. once she finished putting my gel on and filing she started the nail art. I wanted a purple nail with the middle and ring finger with French tips. which these were poorly done. rushed. it was 2:50 when she was done. took almost two hours. and they are are so lumpy and poorly done. ill show a picture. my friends nail is also at a 45 degree angle and she asked for it to be fixed and they said it was how her nail was, which is false because she has had her nails done and they never were like that. I paid 72 dollars for a rushed poor gel set. I would not recommend unless your a regular and they prioritize you. they never even asked our names. read more

Great service friendly people thought job for me in last minute and made me feel welcome way better than some salons

Three of my gel nails with overlays fell off at work, so I went to Allstar to renew my mani. She convinced me to remove the other 7, rather than repairing and replacing. She then proceded to put the corner of her nail under mine and pull off the overlay with the top layer of my natural nail stuck to it. I had asked about using acetone not to damage the nails, but she and her coworker both said it wouldn't work. She then said I needed a nail repair treatment, which I purchased for $10 and she used to paint one layer on my now damaged, rough, thin nails. I asked for regular polish to cover the mess, so she begrudgedly put 2 coats oand sent me to the dryer. She came later to put a top coat on after ihad been there for 15 minutes. For this *nail removal and simple mani, i wascharged $35! When i asked to see their pricelist, she said they don't have one. As another reviewer mentioned, buyer beware - they make up prices as they go. read more
