Finally after hounding him down for 2 weeks he finally called. We informed him that we had been approved the loan and would like to get started asap. He was to busy to talk with us but promise to get back to us. Another 10 days go by. Since it had been over 4 weeks since our 1st contact we had to refresh Sam about the pole building we wanted. Sam was going to call back later to schedule an appt with us. Another 10 days go by and we got ahold of Sam. He finally agreed to come see us and see the site where the building was going to go. He didn't want to be pinned to an exact time but to just be available around noon or so. That appt was missed and we called to ask where he was. He said he would be by the next day. Had lots going and should be by sometime during the day. Sat at the property all day long. Never got a call to say he was busy or ask to reschedule. He calls the next day and tells us he was too busy to even call and let us know that he wouldn't make it. We told him all he had to do was call. But at least call. We set up an appt for the two days away. Call tonight and says NO he doesn't want to do the pole building anymore. What gives? Lousy customer service. Lousy follow-up False advertising and this company should either fire Sam or get the hell out of business. Now 6 weeks later we move onto to another company. He was cheerfully accommodating with an inexperienced crew and even grabbed a shovel at one point to help out. The mix arrived a little hot, but he took care of it and got it flowing smoothly.
