I asked her to cancel everything, she told me she did. I asked for an email confirming the cancellation. She said they don't do that, but I will receive a cancellation notification of some sort. I then signed up with a new company, and within minutes of the call I received an email stating that the SIM card shipped. I called Virgin, they said they never cancelled. Many months contact with support and issue is still unresolved. When service is stable it really is a "hallelujah" moment.
