We were invited to attend a meeting on how to better use our points with Wyndham. They offered a free dinner and tablet or some other gift certificate for $300. When we got to the hotel we were asked if we were there about the timeshare presentation and taken to a back conference room. The person making the appointment represented they were with Wyndham, when I inquired they said No, they were a 3rd party who wanted to make sure we knew about timeshares and disclosures. I said we had already been to one of these a year ago, he asked where and I said at a restaurant. The man told us that wasn't possible because they don't do them in restaurants, they hold them in hotels. First, they would need personal information. Don't misrepresent what you are calling about to get me to come see you, then don't tell me I haven't seen your company before when clearly there are a number of reviews where you offered dinner at restaurants. When you start off lying, I can only assume everything else you say is a lie! They blamed it on the marketing company making appointments for them. I'm sure they are paying the marketing company. First I would like to piggyback off some other reviews to justify not giving a complete 5 stars. I somewhat agree with the other comments about how I was invited, as I remember it being vague. I was invited in to go over changes with my timeshare and I do remember being somewhat skeptical with not having a lot of information. This specific topic I do remember saying could be improved, but I do not think I was mislead in any way and that is the bulk of my review. I am so glad I trusted my intuition to attend that meeting. I met with Allied Solution Group back in March of this year, 2018. Without too much detail, I inherited a timeshare from my mom quite a few years back. The maintenance fee was over $1000 a year and I've never been able to use the thing. I met with a great young lady who taught me a lot about what I had, but I knew I didn't want it and thought I was locked into this thing forever. I am beyond thankful for them as they were able to actually help me get out of my timeshare. I write this review now because I recently just got notification that I am 100% free and clear of that timeshare. I would recommend your company to anyone, thank you! read more

It starts out with a phone call, about attending a Seminar about Time Shares. We already have a Time Share, and they're not selling, but if we have questions, problems, whatever about our Time Share that we would like to discuss about, THIS IS THE TIME to do it. On the phone, we were asked, what day or time we would like to attend. They made sure that a married couple attend, and that we needed to bring 2 pieces of ID, our Time Share information, Deeds (anything we wanted to bring with us). THEN, they called us again. To remind us of our appointment, and the operator named Tina, left a phone number to call to 'confirm' we'll be attending - or re-schedule. Two hours or so later, maybe less, I don't keep tract, I was eating lunch & enjoying a relaxing me-time, when I got another phone call! By now, I'm irritated, and answered the call, and "yes . . . but I haven't gotten to calling back yet, to say we'll BE THERE." I got another phone call, from Tina the day of the event, to make sure we'll be there, and we need to get there early. Thinking to myself now, ONE MORE PHONE CALL and I'm not showing up! We already planned on being a 'little late'. We showed up, and we were the ONLY ones @ the seminar, and two guys waiting for us. I asked: "are we the only ones here?" "No, there were 6 other couples that said they'd be here." We sat in the lobby of the hotel, located by our house, for about 45 mins. Yes, traffic was very slow tonight. I gave my husband the eye, 'they WERE desperate, the reason why all the calls!' By attending, in exchange for $50 gift card plus $250 value travel pass (whatever that was, we didn't get it). The presentation had to do with timeshare condominiums, of which I am an owner. I was anticipating having to listen to a hard sell presentation asking me to buy more and I vowed to not spend a single cent. Boy, was I surprised. Instead of trying to sell me another timeshare, (remember they said they weren't selling a thing). . . . Allied was offering to take the condominiums off the hands of the attendees - for a price. The presentation explained why owning a condominium is just not a good financial idea and went into the details of why this is the case. I already agreed with what they were saying before I entered the room, but it was not what I expected to hear that day. Some, perhaps most, of the attendees were burdened by high loan and maintenance fees. They perhaps looked upon Allied's offer as a dream come true. They presented a cost analysis to show that, even though Allied was being paid to take the timeshares away, the price to do that was less than the unending burden of maintenance fees, etc. While DH was not in a mood to unload our condo, it seems that Allied Solutions Group does indeed offer a solution for many and if it can continue to do so and still make a profit - good for them. They seem to offer a win-win situation. 4 stars for the product, the presentation, and the friendliness of the presenters. Deduct 1 star for the harassing phone calls and the sound like they're desperate reminders. read more

We sat down with a sales rep that claimed to have our best interest in mind. We were ensured a smooth and easy process. Nearly a year later we received a bill for over $2000. I was told it was because we identified our property as a Wyndam property. We told the rep upfront that we had 2 timeshares and we were unsure of the company. We were never told it would make a difference of nearly $2000. They have a vague reference to the possibility of additional fees but this was never tied to who our timeshare was through. This whole industry is a SCAM. The case manager Bexxx was condescending rude and evasive in her response to direct questions. When called back by the VP he had a different story. I was invited to a meeting last October regarding my timeshare. I decided to go because I had several questions since the separation from my husband 3 years ago. And while I truly loved my timeshare because we had always used it for great vacations with our children I can no longer afford it being a single mother. The staff at Allied Solutions was very courteous and were able to help me find a way to be reimbursed for my maintenance losses and still go on vacations at the same time. The Cold caller (John Kindrid) asked if I had received my invitation letter. I replied maybe, but I usually throw them out as suspected scams. They then insisted I should come to the meeting, to learn about recent updates regarding vacation ownerships on my timeshare weeks. I told them I am very happy with my Marroitt Timeshares, and not planning to sell mine. The booking caller said they weren't trying to sell anything just wanted to let me have information, plus I WOULD RECEIVE A $300 RESTAURANT VOUCHER. So, I agreed for a timeslot the next day. Like other posters here have mentioned, they pestered me by phone with reminders, once while on my way to the doctors, then just as I arrived but had not even begun the "Seminar" which was really a one-on-one sit down. Like others mentioned, I spotted some boxed meals and had to ask for one, as none were offered, but I had not had my lunch and was pretty hungry (and bold) by 3:30pm. The salesman, Amador Porras, who was assigned to me, was very amicable, and from San Antionio TX. His company, ALLIED SOLUTION GROUP was listed on the internet as being located at 1335 E. Republic Road, in Springfield, MO. ALTHOUGH the booking caller told me that Marriott owns Interval International now, Amador set me straight when I appeared skeptical. I was given a disclosure to sign which revealed that they were "not my home resort nor are they affilliated with it." Additionally, they stated that "We are not RCI/II, nor do we work for RCI/II." "WE ARE ALLIED SOLUTION GROUP and we have partnered with several other entities to better help your family travel, and get the most out of your vacation ownership. Okay, but the calling booker did not mention their name once, and, the letter arrived one day after my presentation which simply said it was from: Owners Advisory, 3436 Alemeda Street , Suite 234 in Fort Worth , TX 76126 After we chatted for awhile, a high pressure guy (obviously THE CLOSER) came over and brought me some figures on my vacation ownership weeks and told me I was NOW on record for recieving my "PROPERTY OWNERS DISCLOSURE" which he made a big deal out of. I said I was not planning on selling any of mine at this time, so I asked him to make me a copy of the figures. When he said no, I got pretty mad and ripped it into pieces. Oh, yeah, he gave me the $300 dollar certificate which was actually a one year membership for Dining Savers Club. You had to activate it by paying a Non-refundable fee of $29.95. This company is a total scam!! They have taken $6,648.00 from a military veteran and his family. We have given them every opportunity to complete their obligation by even given them since November 2015 to get rid of our timeshares. The contract was only for 180 days or money back, however, every time they hired another lawyer they said we had to give them a year to do all their legal steps. Now the last lawyer gave them our money back because they told us and them that they could not do anything for us. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not sure how they can live with themselves taking our money. They try to look good by building schools for the special needs children but they have even failed them according to a news broadcast. It is a scam. Its been 18 months and they were suppose to sell my time share and relieve me of paying 800 a year maintenance. They charged me $7800.00 dollars for me to give them the rights of my time share and for giving me 10,000 points a year in RCI. I now have the points and have my week. Still pay my maintenance and have these useless points which you cannot use for any place equal to what I could get with my week. So now I have 10,00 points a year and to use them for vacation you would need 30,000 + to get anything decent. Have to maintain 2 accounts in RCI, still pay my maintenance and paid 7800.00. Only two previous reviews?, and 4 stars? They want you to convert your timeshare points to RCI Pure Points. By converting you don't have to pay any maintenance fees anymore. You still have to pay annually, and transaction fee. if you don't have enough points you can rent them. And all this for a measly sum of $13,000. read more

They tricked me into attending by claiming that it was important ownership updates that I need to know when they made the call. Even though I told them I only exchanged with the timeshare company they represented, the rep said I still needed to attend because it would affect how I used it. The rep also assured me that they would not be selling anything. As soon as I got there, I was asked to complete a registration form which requested sensitive info such as your DOB, purchase price of your timeshare, etc. I refused and left. They are definitely trying to sell you their product, which may be legit and benefit some, but I dislike the way they trick owners into attending. read more

We received multiple calls to make sure we were going to attend a meeting. They said they would give us dinner, a free wifi tablet and $300 in restaurant coupons. We drove 20 miles to their presentation. Dinner was a sandwich from Jimmy Johns. I like Jimmy Johns but I never go their for dinner. I've taken people out to dinner before but I have never taken them to Jimmy Johns. We listened to their 'pitch' but because we are happy with our time share and have our own exit strategy they let us go. They realized we were not going to buy anything. Then we got our 'gifts'. The restaurant coupons was a monthly $25 coupon to restaurant.com. I get this every month for free from RCI already and it has been over three years since we used one. The restaurant choices in our town suck. The 'free' tablet would have cost us $69.95 in taxes, handing and shipping. That is $14.39 in taxes, at a 10% tax rate that is a $149 tablet. They don't have one there to give you because it is too inconvenient for them to do so. Therefore you have to pay $35.06 in shipping and handling and $20.50 in processing. The size tablet they offer is no longer available on Amazon but a better one costs $40. Such a deal, and it was all 'FREE'. read more

Under no circumstances should you trust Allied Solutions Group. My mother dealt with them four years ago. She went in attempting to resolve an issue with her existing timeshare and somehow came out with two new timeshare burdens and thousands of dollars less in her bank account. I urge you to read the 20+ serious complaints about this company on the Better Business Bureau where you will learn that they have a whole arsenal of baffling tricks up their sleeves and a lot of clients asking for refunds due to misleading contracts and other issues. It is now my opinion that most timeshare and timeshare exit businesses are predatory, but some are ruthless and this appears to be one of them. I don't understand how the owner or employees sleep at night, to be honest. They will try to defend their actions as legal. You signed....blah blah blah. I feel certain they know they are playing an unfair game and must have a bevy of lawyers to figure out how to legally run such a manipulative and unethical business. Federal regulations on these kinds of businesses are sorely needed. Until then... be wary and read all of your paperwork, or better yet: avoid this outdated method of travel altogether and sidestep all of the slime that greases the wheels of the timeshare industry. read more

Wasn't what I expected. I am use to the high pressure sales 90 minute drills. This was a informative presentation with out the high pressure. Geared toward customers that are in to deep with time shares. They shared information and helped who needed help. There are several people that want to unload time shares that no longer meet there needs. Heads up to Russell answered every question I sent his way and was very professional. As a plus they did give a $50 gift card for Olive Garden and a travel voucher for a seven night stay at as it says 3500+ locations. We were told it would take less than 18 months to be rid of our timeshare every time I call there they say I've missed their call or they just sent me a letter... Also we were told by Scott that if we didn't use any of the vacations we could get a refund for our $250 annual fee we just needed to cancel before the due date that is an out right lie!! I was struggling for years keeping up with payments which I had outgrown in my old age and needed the peace of mind knowing I did not have to worry about the timeshare I had purchased almost 15 years ago. I stumbled across this company and they took the worries I had off of my hands and explained the process. Because I cannot afford payments consistently anymore...I went through with this process and I am now able to attend my daughters wedding in Washington this year and give her and her husband their dream gift. I did take a risk because there was not much information out there about the company but I finally have the weight lifted off my shoulders and get to enjoy her wedding. We received an invitation from Allied Solution Group, to attend a presentation at the Embassy Suites Hotel, on August 23, 2018, in San Antonio Tx. We were told they could provide a process for exiting our Diamond Timeshare. We were very interested in learning their "Walkaway Process" for terminating timeshares. Jonathon Smith was our ASG Representative and was courteous and helpful. The food provided by Embassy was excellent. The manager, Leo Maestras, explained that ASG was representing various timeshare companies, and was contracted to explain how to better utilize timeshares, and owner's rights regarding timeshare exits. We signed a paper stating that we had not received training on exiting our timeshare in the past, but we were considering exiting due to the high maintenance fees. Leo advised us that for a fee, ASG would be able to work with Diamond to terminate our contract, using an ASG subsidiary "Mid-West" to liquidate our timeshare. We agreed to sign a Walkaway Contract with ASG to terminate our timeshare. Leo was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the steps that we would need to take in this process, and assured us that Mid-West would be able to terminate our timeshare. Scott and Linda C. My husband and I were invited to attend a meeting for a free dinner at Red Lobster to talk about important changes to our timeshare. We thought what the heck maybe there are some changes we have not been informed of... and it's a free dinner. We were meet by a gentleman that took us to the very back area of the restaurant. He sat us down and started to ask us about what time shares we own. He talked for a few minutes about his company and other companies and the BBB, we had no idea why he was talking about this,really who cares. They HAD us fill out this paperwork in order for him to approve our dinner... really us being there should have been proof enough. As we sat their and answered the questions, he excused himself got up and left us to go talk to some people at a computer he was gone about 5-7 mins...mind you never said what they were doing. When he returned we advised that we were not interested in being there since we had no idea what he was talking about or even getting to. As we go to leave....YES you guessed it his boss came to our table.. He talked our ear off about this and that, granite they were nice people, but EVERYTIME we asked what can they do for us they never would answer. This was a waste of gas,time and energy. Oh...no we never got our dinner. We came home and looked them up on the internet and found out that they wanted our timeshare to exchange or sell us points when we were told in the beginning THIS WAS IMPORTANT DUE TO CHANGES TO OUR TIMESHARE. This was not an important meeting about changes this was to sell me something. Why not say that when you call!!! I was flat out lied to by this company. They called and said they were with Marriott and that the corporate office wanted to show people how they could better use their timeshare. When we got to the restaurant we were escorted to the back and were told that they worked with Marriott. We asked specifically if they were from Marriott. They said no, but they work with Marriott. So how do you work with Marriott when you are trying to buy out our Marriott timeshare. I don't get it. We asked them to tell us what they did but they couldn't talk to us until we filled out a form. We told them we didn't want to fill out anything until we were told exactly what it was that they did. Again, we were told they couldn't do that until we filled out the form. "Danger Will Robinson" If they can't tell you what they do before you fill out some form there must be something wrong. My advice is, ask questions when they first call and verify who they are exactly. If they say they are from Marriott, then call Marriott and verify it. Dear Allied, please don't write a response and say that you are not responsible for the company that you paid to make these calls. You are responsible. If you have so many complaints about it, why aren't you doing something about it? Hire another company or better yet, have your own company make the calls. Total Rip Off!!! I received a letter inviting my husband and I for a complimentary dinner as we learn how to optimize our timeshare ownership. "we are pleased to offer you unbiased knowledge and useful information on how to use your timeshare to its fullest potential" is what the letter states. What a joke. Dinner was stale sandwiches and wraps, bag of chips and cookie which was out on a table. No one even invited us to eat. We had to interrupt Mike who never stopped talking to ask if we could get some food as we were promised dinner and didn't eat. He talked all the while we ate, playing the salesman game of trying to connect with us. I point blank asked him several times if he was trying to sell us something. He point blank lied to my face and said no. Yet that is exactly what he was doing. Selling the RCI Pure Points vacation club. We attended hoping to learn how to use our timeshare in Virginia Beach in August to convert to vacation places in Florida in winter. He assured us in the beginning he would show us how to do this. WRONG. Finally, getting to the point--1 1/2 hours later--he said the program he was trying to sell us would be IN ADDITION to our already owned timeshare in Virginia Beach. Allied solutions Group did me one of the biggest favors I could have ever asked for, after years of paying for my timeshare, I did not use your want it anymore. Allied successfully got me out of my painful payment and out of my contract where it is no longer a burden to me or my family. I highly suggest you let them work for you! I see other comments about them calling you and blabla but it is a marketing company thats actually calling and who got us to go have a meeting and eat free. I'm just very grateful that I did get that very annoying phone call. We were invited to a free informational seminar at the local Bob Evans complete with dinner. I agreed and then had 2 phone calls to confirm. We are happy with our time share and our maintenance fee is low. They were slick. We are both Real Estate Brokers so we recognize a con job when we see one. Basically they told us that our time share was worthless and that we could maybe sell it for $1.00 on EBay. But, get this, they would take it off our hands for a measly $8,000. That way we could get their points and travel anywhere we want anytime we want. When we didn't bite on that one Mr. really slick and slimey arrived at our table with his manicured nails, brilliantly bleached teeth, and fake blue contact lenses. He immediately dropped the price in half by making a few adjustments and when we didn't bite on that one they dropped it to $1500 which we could finance with them if we needed to. (We didn't). At this point I suggested to my husband that I felt like I was at a used car dealership and wanted to leave. They were mad. The BS they told us was incredible. Name dropping like I've never experienced in 40 years of business. Their kids are geniuses, their parents were aeronautical engineers, they stood next to George Strait at the grocery store, had lunch with Lee Trevino and on and on. It was actually a little entertaining. Oh, and the meal, They gave us the menu which was a typed out selection of 5 choices, 4 red meat and one a pot pie. Not for me. Your company is deplorable. When I received the initial phone call I was told I would be given information on how I could properly use my timeshare and was told this seminar was a part of silverleaf. Never did I give you permission to apply for various credit cards such as american express, chase, citi and bank of america in my name. I have been hounded with phone calls over and over again to attend this informational meeting about my Timeshare. I have even asked to be taken off the call list a couple of times. I was told that even if I were taken off of one list I could be on other lists because of the third party call list. Very frustrating so I finally said yes to one of the meetings hoping I would then be taken off. I was promised a 7" android tablet and dinner. They get the 1 star for the dinner portion of the meeting. I was served a nice Mexican meal. The people were very friendly because they wanted something from me. I have been a timeshare owner for a lot of years and owe nothing on the timeshare itself so there was nothing they could offer me that would be better then what I had. Now keep in mind that on the phone i was told that this was only an informational meeting and that they were not selling anything. hahahaha When I was finally allowed to leave (of course they didn't have a gun to my head and I could have just got up and left but that would have been rude)I asked for the android WiFI tablet that was promised. I was handed a voucher for this tablet and I would have to pay $44.95 for tax, shipping and handling. I did a google search on the specs that were listed and found I could buy this tablet for less than $44.95 with free shipping. If they weren't going to make money off of me with the timeshare then they would with this "free" tablet. This company is a joke. They asked me for my home address, email address, phone number, etc. I received a call the day after wanting to talk to (my dead mother). I have been the owner of this timeshare for 15 years. I was called by the marketing company and was feeling uneasy from the start. I couldn't get the answers to my questions. They told me they wanted me to attend a meeting to learn about how people in the last few years were losing their points. I asked who hired them and they told me they represented Marriott and Hilton and other. Since there has been a lot of changes at Marriott due to their buyout of SPG and Interval International I wanted to learn more about how I would be affected. I thought it was strange that the meeting for Marriott would be held at the Holiday Inn. But figured I could leave If they were selling something even though they promised they were not. When we got there they held a mass meeting in the Hotel lobby and the hotel manager interrupted the meeting and told the presenter Leopoldo Maestas he had to leave that area. We were then escorted to a dining room and told to take a seat. But the Hotel manager again sent us packing. It seems Allied Solutions Group had rented a room but it was busy twisting peoples arms to buy pay as you go maintainence fees and walk away insurance. When we finally got settled they said it would take about 10 more minutes. 2 1/2 hours later we are still there trying to get to the meat of what they are doing. At one point we asked if this restructuring took place what happens to the deeds as we were not looking to liquidate our timeshares. They said Allied would get them. Later we were told Marriott would get them. We told them they had misrepresented themselves several times and were going to leave but the presenter Mr. Trujillo wanted to get his VP to make things right. Instead we got Leopoldo back and he immediately starting getting sharp with us and degrading. We were called delusional, accused of not listening. The entire presentation we felt they were telling us this was a disclosure Marriott should have given us in 2015. But it is their own disclosure and means nothing. We were later called racists because we were arguing that we felt lied to. This was by the boss Ryan Climer. We said nothing to cause that comment. Needless to say this company trains its staff to skirt the truth and cause you to think they are representing your time share company. I too like other readers was never offered the tablet that the person booking the meeting promised. If you are desperate enough to pay up to $13,000 (that was our price) to get out of your timeshare then maybe they can help you, but be aware that they do not represent your timeshare company. I was dumb enough to go to their meeting and gave them $7000 to get my time share out of my name. according to Florida Law, they said, if i sold it or gave it away for $1, i was still responsible because Florida Law didn't allow the sell of timeshares. Even after my death, my children would be held responsible for any unpaid maintenance fees that were not paid over the years. Scary,,, Of course they took the money, they did noting and eventually told me they sold the account to lawyer firm in Springfield Mo. and they have done nothing.. The lawyer said they had filing cabinets full of cases like mine and they would try to get Westgate to take it back. Nothing.. that was in 2017. I have found paper work where i signed for membership in the Florida Vacation Villa Club and i was told this was a gift for working with them and i would not be charged- just extra points and services. I hope i am not asked to pay the $13,282.00 amount for the cash sale that is on the paperwork. Yikes... I could be in deeper trouble and i am only now reading this and understanding what it involves. If i had not read your reviews, I would still not know about their trick to sell the Villas club. I hope they have lost my name and i don't hear from them. Back in January my husband and myself went to one of their presentations. It all sounded good and legit., however, I have been trying to call them, text them, etc. and they are not returning my calls. They were going to help us with getting rid of a time share and we had a loan still on it. They were able to get us credit debt to pay for the loan; that was not my first choice. We went along. The cards came and they needed the numbers to pay for the loan. That was January. The loan is still not paid. I am trying to find out if I was scammed and they just took a nice vacation or what with my money. If they returned calls and we could discuss it then I might be able to get the truth. I regret not having looked into this company better. I hope I am wrong and that someone just dropped the ball. I need a resolution to my dilemma. Steve was our sales guy and seemed real nice but he has not followed through. The team of people that are trying to assist with the exit of the time share want to know if we have a balance due. This may be the answer for those who are unhappy with their timeshare but it's a total misrepresentation of what this meeting is about. We received a phone call-two in fact-inviting us to a dinner and meeting regarding updates on our vacation ownership-Vacation Internationale. We are totally happy with VI and I told him I wanted to make NO changes and did NOT want to purchase any more points. He told me they were only updating us on how to get better usage and they would not be selling anything. When I told him my husband possibly could not come, he asked me if I had Power Of Attorney. I should have known at that point that this was trouble. We attended the meeting and were served a delightful dinner but they gave us no time to eat. Discussion continued constantly how we could benefit from buying into this group while we struggle to consume a beautiful dinner. They told us bad things that could happen if our timeshare went to probate - yet they knew NOTHING about our particular timeshare. It was high pressure all the way around and a total misrepresentation in using the name of our timeshare as the subject of the meeting and telling us there was NO selling involved-information on better usage of our timeshare was the only thing we'd be hearing. We left without joining their group and totally disgusted with ourselves for again nearly biting on a group that's out to bully you into a total sham. read more

As others have stated, we received several phone calls asking if we would attend. Someone left a message to confirm and gave us a different hotel name than the first call. She called a few minutes later and apologized for the error. We showed up at the hotel and there were a few couples in the room. One of the sales people approached, took our name, address, phone number and email and wrote it on a form. He kept saying someone else would come to help us. After about 15 minutes, the other person came over. He told us he probably could not help us because we are still paying a maintenance fee on our timeshare. He said we missed the 2015 change in the law that would have gotten us out of paying the maintenance fee. I have never heard of this law. I believe this is all part of the scam. First, he said we had to pay $9,000 to "get out of our timeshare" and never pay another maintenance fee. Then, he lowered the amount to $7,500. First, he said by paying this fee we would get out of all timeshare obligations, then he said we would have to sign a contract then he could determine if we could get out. All part of the SCAM. He took our IDs and acted as though he did not want to give our IDs back because we said NO to signing up. I became angry and he gave us our IDs. I am now checking my credit to be sure he did not use my ID for fraudulent activity. BIG mistake attending this event. read more
