To the reader: Here's to saving another individual grief to believe what you are told from RSI. If not, I will continue to expand the information to more resourceful modes, as necessary!
After 17 months I received word my contract AAL Neally dropped the ball on all his constituents contracted with Relief Solution International (RSI). I contacted RSI directly the very next morning to determine what was and could be done. It was communicated to me that following week nothing was being conveyed specifically, but that they were working on a plan. My exact words, "That surely does not help me now." The fact, they didn't even know it happened, until an actual constituent brought the issue to their attention. Again, no comfort to us. Though the RSI agent attempted to be very personal & even shared some of AAL Neally's non-disclosure, specifically what he did make for each given 900 constituents unlike what his cancellation letter led you to believe.
I had been hanging literally by my toes for those 17 months. It was past the "golden hour" finding myself going down the drain after all this time from an exception credit rating. It was simply devastating after all this time, especially after being 99.7% assured he was going to get me free of such a deceitful and misrepresented (World Mark) contract. RSI substantiated from the beginning my feelings and position were valid!
I called again, a few weeks later indicating, I sure needed and attempted to recoup the balance owed ($2300) since AAL Neally did not uphold his service, let alone outcome. I was not contacted back, until three weeks later claiming they had some attorney team coming had to pick up the slack. My exact words again, "I had been waiting for over a month to determine if anything was going to be done for me and I never heard back!" My quality of life had been in the toilet for much too long. I knew I could not wait any longer-to reach cancellation of such a travesty; while continuing to hang waiting to get my due credit back. I have been nothing but transparent to them. Then I am told, "You have tried to offer your services and therefore, I would not be getting any of my contracted money back. I was appalled, at such words. There was no time frame given to me that would have ever happened. In fact, our only discussion was that the additional $600 to continue the work in progress would be waived once something concrete would be offered. NOT, one time could I get a concrete time frame of one week to another year before that might happen. I succinctly told them I had a very successful advocate with an exceptional track record of being cut loose from this timeshare mongrel. I voiced the position I was forced to RSI since AAL Neally cut us all off mid-air and past my golden hour. RSI gave me no choice but attempt to save "MY own neck and cherished credibility, as they stated right up front to me they did not have any succinct option then, nor could affirm if so, when! I emphasized over and over I could not continue to live like this and the position they placed me in was as bad as AAL Neally approach and I for one was one month shy of an assurance of dissolvent from such a misrepresented and deceitful contract. If so, this letter would have emphasized total opposite to accolades to the reader.
With that said, I expected full restitution of balance owed without the service rendered, as promised. I never dreamed the 99.7% probability would never happen. I expect the return no later than two weeks (October 30, 2020) from this dated letter. I trusted they would have supported at least that much and after all this time. Yet! They have refused to refund me, stating, they have offered me this new attorney team. It was well over a month since I began the conversation of what my options with them were. I was forced to stand alone, since weeks of giving them time to confirm a plan. Then to tell me now-they won't refund me! I have been nothing but a best patron and even understanding, at my own expense and they have the audacity to treat a long-term constituent as so. I write this, so YOU think twice before you believe one thing from them. I gave them just over a month's latitude to provide an option. Then to be confronted by my request of an obvious well-deserved refund-to this. If they were truly up front-no way would they have given me such a run around, or worried about a refund when they supposedly had all those other 899? constituents to continue their justice. I did not even hold it against RSI what AAL Neally did, but to not honor my deserved $2300. Refund speaks volumes and I am sure to those reading this right now.
How would they even deserve a one star after this very sincere review?
