Poor service and Awful customer service. The technician who came to do our residential pest control…read moreservice disregarded the ants actively showing up inside the house and lots of nests in the yard by claiming the "defense line was already set up" and declined our request for indoor spray. He only spent less than 10min on randomly spraying outside and faking up the sign-off sheet with "customer not available to sign". After the useless service, we still got ants everywhere. We filed complaints to the Memphis Branch and Headquarters and asked for retreatment, but none of them responded. In the end, we had to ask Better Business Bureau to help us get the early termination of the contract. Fake 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! DON'T USE!

Unfortunately, the owner…read moremoved and sold his business to 901 Pest Control but assured me there would be no change in service. Boy was that a lie. First, last year I added mosquito control and saw no difference in the number of mosquitoes, if anything it was worse. I called to cancel and was told I signed a contract and would have to pay a fee for canceling it. Just the mosquito service not my regular quarterly service. Knowing how I review EVERYTHING I knew that couldn't be true and asked for a copy of the contract. Sure enough I could cancel in the allotted time period without a fee. Instead of agreeing to cancel as I requested I was sent through hoops and had to talk to multiple people that kept trying to convince me to keep the services. I say no, please cancel only to be told someone else would have to call me back. Finally get that taken care of now this... She advised me to either pay and just have them do the yard THAT WAS JUST DONE or end my services. Thanks but no thanks.

I recently found out that as of August 1, 2026, they no longer provide indoor service yet their rates have increased. I want to know what services are still provided and with what guarantees for what I am paying. I can pull up my original contract and peruse it and see if I can hold them accountable for what terms I originally agreed to pay them to service, but I am not happy nor am I satisfied.
