Rick came along and was absolutely amazing, reasonably priced, and didn't give us some run around. We no longer have any brown recluses or other unwelcome critters and haven't since we hired him. As long as he's in business, he'll be our go-to guy. I love deals and promos and of course I responded right away. Bill was knowledgeable, prompt, and did texting which is my favorite!! How could it be such a miracle that it all worked out so fantastically?! My main concern at the time was ants (and those pesky orange wasps) and I figured getting a simple/standard bug/spider spray would be amazing especially for such a deal!! It must have done wonders for the bugs because I then noticed the spiders food supply disappeared and it brought all the spiders out trying to find new food. Ants are gone and I no longer saw the red wasps making the backyard unbearable. I found a couple ticks over a few days prior to setting up that original spray. The forecast was to expect the next few days of rain so we didn't do the tick spray in additional bc it's best if it doesn't rain during the 4-5 hour setting period. That would have been a waste. As forecasted it rained a ton and started to warm up days and nights (instead of just the days and cooling off at night). We are in full on summer and apparently skipped spring this year and all the bugs and spiders and ticks are now in their full on life cycles that happen in the summer. I contacted them again to set up for someone to come by and discuss our next options and pricing based on the size of our small single family home and our specific needs. I was really impressed with the ease of scheduling, the promptness of replies, the flexibility to work with my schedule, and the genuineness of trying to work with us financially. Chuck was again very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly and it helps he lives in my neighborhood. I really do love to support my neighbors! I'm also grateful they guarantee their work. If you're still noticing pests they will continue to spray. They recommend a couple monthly treatments following the big application as well, which is to be expected. All pests have life cycles and unfortunately you have to catch the pests in each of the cycles to get rid of them. They also talk about how you will notice more of the spiders after the spray, as the spiders come out of their homes, being disrupted from the spray and dust. I look forward to updating this review once these additional applications happen. At this point I would highly recommend them and please message me for a referral code if you are in the Franklin area for a deep discount. I have the business card I'll include as well in the next few days as a quick contact. I'm not sure if they are open for the Memorial Day holiday weekend anyway. Update: We had the outdoor tick spray done and I haven't seen any on the dog, any of the many in and outs for potty-time yet and none on my shoe covers while I'm out working in the back yard, where this has been an issue previously. So thankful to not have to worry about it anymore. Again, highly recommend Update: one month later!! I just had my monthly indoor/outdoor generic bug/spider spray and I have to say I'm super impressed. (1) I have never experienced the level of amazing customer service that I have with them!! I feel like family!! (2) They are busy but alwaysss make time to come out and address any of my concerns, and quickly!! (3) I haven't seen any living bugs for weeks and it's THE SOUTH!! Just wow!! (4) They offer so many other needed services... Mosquito treatments, Brown recluse spider treatments, and I'm sure many other things! Thank goodness the owner and staff live in Franklin!! I hate to give bad reviews but I also don't like to see hard working people cheated and taken…read moreadvantage of. The home I just moved from already had a termite contract in place so I wanted to continue that contract for my home's safety. So Lookout came out every year to make sure there were still no termites. The cost for this was $250 each time they came out. I asked them why it was so much because I had a termite contract on a home before them and it was $75 a year. They explained to me that they do something extra so I just said ok and paid. Last Fall when they came out they told me I had moisture and mold under the house and it was bad. They said I needed a new moisture barrier and needed it sprayed for mold. They took pictures and showed me. I couldn't see any mold and I already knew I needed a new moisture barrier because the original one was from 1988. They took a picture of one bug and said these bugs hang out where there's moisture. They wanted to do all the work for $5,500. I told them I'd think about it knowing I was going to get a second opinion. Ive owned and remodeled several homes in Tennessee and because of the humid climate there will always be some humidity in a crawl space that is normal. I called Southeastern Termite who Ive used many times and asked them to replace my moisture barrier with a new one because I was planning on selling my home in the near future. They found nothing else wrong and charged me $700. In the meantime Lookout called and said if I would commit today they would give me 10% off the $5500 trying to force me into paying for their lie. I put my house on the market and got an offer. The buyer hired a home inspector. The home inspector said it was dry under my house and even added that it was one of the best crawl spaces he had been inside in a long time and maybe the best. To close on the home I had to deliver a clear termite letter for the buyer's lender. Anytime Ive ever had a termite contract in place with any other company they have always come out and written the termite letter at no cost. If I didn't have a contract in place they'd come out and write the letter for $75. I called Lookout and they said it'd cost me $150 and I had to pay up front before they'd come out. So I paid with a credit card over the phone. Leonard came out to inspect and asked me if I ever got all those crawlspace problems fixed. I told him Southeastern put down a new vapor barrier for me and the home inspector said that I had one of the best crawl spaces he'd ever seen. The guy actually laughed and said I would never use Southeastern Termite. I don't trust them. Well the home inspector didn't work for Southeastern and both said my crawl space was great. So, who should I not trust? Who tried to cheat me and take advantage of a woman who may not have known better? Lookout Pest Control did. That's who. I want to warn anyone needing pest control services to avoid Lookout. I found out there is a reason for their name. LOOKOUT we are coming after lots of your money because we don't care. I wonder if Leonard and other workers are working on commission to lie to people for money. Why else would they try hurting people. For money? They can't be trusted and I feel like it's my responsibility to expose them. I sold my home and called to tell them to cancel my contract because I no longer need it. Now they tell me I can't cancel until they receive the $150 for the termite letter that I already paid for over the phone for them before they'd even come out. They said I need to send them proof. Well I just moved so it may take me awhile to find it. Lookout Pest Control is crooked from top to bottom. PLEASE BEWARE.

I paid good money for a termite protection plan, a plan that you have to have an inspection before receiving. Years into paying for this service, termite damage appeared. The company refused to honor their responsibility of paying for the damages. So save your money, and put it to the side to pay for any possible damages you may have because Cook's system doesn't work and they do not back their protection plan. Yes I canceled my service with them and, at the same time I canceled their services with my church. They continued to charge my church for several months after and have not tried to reconcile that account either. I guess the name should be Crooks' Pest Control.

The business and the owner would not return calls. In the end we had to hire someone else to re-do work done and finish the job for which Scorpion contracted. BBB has other reviews that should also be considered. I DO NOT recommend this company.
